Le Personnel à été super. Le petit déjeuner très copieux . La chambre ne correspond pas au 9 m2 indiqué, elle est plus petite. l'établissement est très mal insonorisé. les portes fermes mal, les clés qui permettent de fermer son très bruyantes. Le plancher semble incertain et le linoléum est gondolé. Les douches sembles vous tomber sur la tête quant vous êtes dedans . Etablissements très bruyant.

Je recommande pas.

Le lit était confortable les coussins aussi.

On peut entendre son voisin de chambre péter tellement que les murs sont fin. Le sol se décolle. Mon ordinateur est plus grand que la télévision de la chambre. Les cabines de douche sur le palier se désintègrent et je vous parle pas de l’odeur d’urine des wc qui sont sur le pallier.

Cheap and did the job for a bed for a night.

The room was cheap and parking was available outside the door of the hotel for free.

The room was very hot with only a skylight window and no air con. The hotel was very far away from the main part of La Rochelle.

The confines of the bed didn't compensate the missing communication and the unsanitary

The bed was comfortable.

Hotel charged 30 for 30 min delay for the checkout without trying to contact us. The bathroom and washroom were not cleaned. The room was really noisy, we could heard the showers and everyone walking in the hallway.

Easy to check in with a keybox Very quiet street not far from city center Shared bathroom very clean. Only 5 room it is ok for 2 toilets also.

Other customer came late in the night and make noise but this is normal in holliday on saturday night

Met our expectations.

We wanted reasonable price room for family -2 adults 1 kid. with easy access to La Rochelle airport for an early morning flight. This was ideal - less than 5 minute walk to bus stop for airport bus.

We stayed on a very hot day/night -the hottest for many years, so it was a warm night- room had a fan , but no A.C. No blame attached- just unfortunate timing.

The night was horrible because of extreem noisy very poor sound isolation of other rooms. For people who have lost there hearing this hotel is a real treat. TIP : bring extreem big earmufs !

Read the reviews before booking

We booked this place for its price. We are at the end of a 4 week bicycle tour of France. Arrival in La Rochelle inadvertently matched their big concert festival, and most places were booked and prices were high. We've stayed in many comparably priced hotels and they were fine. The hall bath and shower didn't worry us. This was not like the others. Good things: * The host left the key in a lock box outside the hotel an messaged us the code to retrieve it. This was convenient. There is no reception desk. * The room was reasonably clean. * They have posted quiet hours, and the place was pretty quiet. We heard a neighbor showering at 1:30am (probably just returned from the concert), but nothing else. Without a window there was no street noise.

Our room did not have a wall window. It had a ceiling window, and a floor fan. That worked until we awoke during the night to pouring rain coming into the room. We shut the window (no idea how long it had been raining) and it was quickly uncomfortable - hot, sweaty. No wonder the floor is all warped. I bet many times the rooms had open ceiling windows and got rained on, damaging the floor. Thankfully nothing of ours was damaged because much was still in bicycle saddle bags. Other notes: * The room was VERY small. * The electrical outlets were not in good places to charge your devices, especially if running the fan. * The TV was smaller than my computer monitor. * There is no covered or off street bicycle parking Booking.com should rate this as a one-star hotel. We should have spent the extra 40-50€ and gotten a room at another hotel
