Manchmal ist? Atmosphäre und Gastfreundlichkeit mehr als nur Lage.

Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Inhaber machen das was sie tun mit Leidenschaft und sind unglaublich hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Es ist eine tolle Atmosphäre im Hotel und Restaurant.

Etwas mehr Ablageflächen im Zimmer wären für mich gut gewesen.

Freundliches Personal aber nicht so sauber

Die Lage an der Autobahn hat man in der Nacht nicht gemerkt ( keine Autos gehört ) und man ist schnell in Hann. Münden. Das Hotel eignet sich gut als Zwischenstopp auf einer längeren Reise. Das Frühstück war auch gut mit Bäckersemmeln, anstatt Aufbackware. Und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Auf den ersten Blick war das Zimmer sauber, aber auf den zweiten haben wir dann zum Beispiel gesehen, dass das Fliegengitter einige Löcher hat und wir sie erst provisorisch zukleben mussten. Es waren einige Spinnweben etc. im Zimmer.

Superb

Excellent pet friendly family hotel. We had an excellent dîner and the room was really great. The staff make their best to make their customers happy. I recommend to everyone who look for an hotel around Gotingen.

A rustic little hideaway in Germanys heartland and it's just what you need.

Everything was amazing, the barbecque our first night was exceptional. Special thanks to Robert and Martina for making us feel so welcome! And of course to Mrs MacGuyver for being the best cat! :)

nice stop for a couple of days, conveniently located to some nice little towns and a lot of nature.

located along the road away from town so relaxing and quiet. nice room for 4 people.

wifi was weak and intermittent; the restaurant was closed so had to drive up the road for dinner. not sure if maybe this was an issue with staff, because they served breakfast with eggs to order and the breakfast was nice and the cook was friendly.

Very friendly and helpful owners made up for a number of shortcomings.

Location ideal if driving past on the motorway or cycling along the Werra, modern looking rooms. Exceptionally friendly and personal service (extra point), very helpful with a problem that arose with the first room and straightforward solution offered. Flask of coffee provided on request for a cup in bed in the morning :). Ideal for someone looking for a small, comfortable and friendly place to stay. Couldn't comment on the restaurant as it was closed. An excellent restaurant very close by (< 1 km).

Hotel building quite old, not particularly good views, more of a Pension than a hotel really, limited range of food at breakfast (only a small number of guests staying at the hotel). Garden and surroundings a bit run down.
