Neil and his family were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. There was a good choice for breakfast and it was well presented, including thoughtful items for my dairy free diet which I had given Neil pre warning about. Thank you.

Midweek break to Norfolk.

Central location for our needs. Host friendly and welcoming. Room lovely clean & comfortable. Would live to visit again when in the area. Food was freshly cooked and great selection, the fresh fruit platter and full English all very good.

Superb

Very comfortable bed and the room was spotless and nicely decorated with a decent en suite and views over the garden. Very welcoming hosts and the breakfast was delicious and well presented. Hosts were extremely accommodating.

Complete relax in the beautiful Norfolk countryside

Neil's b&b is a perfect place for a holiday of pure tranquility and calm. The location is perfect for touring the Norfolk countryside and coast. Neil and Molly were super welcoming and responsive to our every need. The room is clean and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was impeccable, really good. Overall a very pleasant experience.

A very pleasant and peaceful stay.

Peaceful location. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. Very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities provided in our room, including bottled water. Excellent breakfast.

Fabulous and comfortable stay.

Breakfast was fabulous and freshly cooked. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was excellent. Host was extremely pleasant.

No fault of the property as it has its limits, shower a bit constricted if you are larger.

Very relaxing

Breakfast was very good. The selection you could order was superb. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was large. Loved the garden and met the chickens. Would go back again. The owner was great to chat with and very knowledgeable of the area.

Relaxing. Welcoming. Just what the doctor ordered. Norfolk and the B&B excellent.

Breakfast was of high quality. Everything was fresh and well presented. Nothing was too much trouble and made to feel very welcome. It felt like a home from home. Excellent value for money. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very tranquil setting on the Norfolk coast.

One small thing better signage at the entrance to the B&B.

A great short stay in a rural setting.

Neil acted as reception, housekeeper and cook throughout and was very friendly and chatty. He made us welcome despite arriving an hour earlier than stated and soon had our room ready for occupation. If you are a dog lover, then you will adore Daisy and if you aren't then she is still a lovely, docile one-off. Our best wishes to Neil, Sharon and Molly and hopefully we will be able to book there in the future.

Neil, our host was very welcoming. The breakfasts were sumptuous and set us up for the day.

The winding stairs to the room were a challenge. The location was difficult to find after dusk and the 'phone signal was very weak. However, Neil talked us in.

The location for what we needed was excellent. Easy to find in the dark with the fairy lights on the driveway. The breakfast was filling and tasty, and was nicely set out and appealing. The owners are friendly and welcoming. The room was clean which was important to us, and had plenty of tea, coffee and water.

Nothing to say here, everything was good.

Could do with slightly more prominent signage on the road, clearly has to be sympathetic with location, but managed to miss the entrance several times when approaching towards Hindolveston.

A tranquil home from home

Neil was a very attentive host, nothing was too much trouble and he has great local knowledge. Rural location was very peaceful if you are looking for a hideaway. Bed and room very comfortable and breakfasts were delicious. Easy access to coastal areas by car and lots of little roads to explore if you fancy driving off the main roads. Would recommend and when in the area again will be coming back.

Not the easiest to find, maybe a bigger sign would help otherwise everything else perfect for those looking to retreat from stress of city life.

Property and host full of character off the beaten track ideal location for North Norfolk coast a few miles away. Everything cooked to order excellent breakfast,hosts very accommodating went the extra mile.Lovely to sit in the garden and watch the birds flying around

A lovely comfortable, friendly B&B tucked away in this quiet Norfolk village.

Wonderfully friendly hosts. The room was small but perfectly formed and the breakfasts were beautifully cooked and delicious. It was such a quiet location too.

It was all exactly how we like a bed and breakfast to be!

Ideal place for what we wanted

Breakfast freshly cooked, nice selection of fruit on the table. Bedroom clean. If I had to be picky the stairs were a little steep but manageable.

Sharon and Niel very welcoming, friendly and helpful, very beautiful property where you can relax and reduvinate.

The property was beautiful with lovely gardens full of spring flowers, birds and some pheasants. The actual house was very clean and comfortable where you can relax. Very good breakfasts, lovely fried bread.

We were visiting family in a nearby village (Corpusty) so the B&B was convenient.

Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of fruit, cereal and cooked breakfast. Neil was very pleasant and friendly. There was also a good selection of drink options in the room.

The toilets were noisy (macerator) especially when guests used them during the night. A blackout blind would have been a bonus as the daylight came through the curtains.
