L’emplacement. Le rapport qualité prix

Le personnel d’accueil désagréable. Très sélectif pour mettre la navette à disposition, pourtant j’avais booké une suite. Même la suite, ils m’avaient donné une chambre classique, c’est après mon refus qu’on m’a donné ce que j’ai réservé. Je me demande pourquoi ce comportement désagréable…?

Just the right hotel for a short stay

Clean hotel, helpful staff and nice ambiance and wifi is good. They have a pool but I haven't used it and looks good and they have very small gym. Rooms are very clean and facilities in the room are just enough to meet what you need for your stay. Overall I recommend it especially for the foreigners.

Nicely decorated hotel but rather busy, popular with people coming to Lome for business. Good bar

Modern hotel, clean with a good restaurant and bar. The room is small but it has mostly what is needed. Pleasant decoration with art work. Nice cocktails.

The view was not nice, and it was a bit noisy, from the other guests Reasonable location. It was quite bust and not enough staff to help. Serving food and drinks takes a lot of time. Getting a cappuccino from the bar in the morning is also slow. Credit card payment is also very slow and need to try several times to go through.

I would love to stay and dine at the hotel again. The service is excellent in any respect.

I liked the hotel, its position and the personnel. They immedietaly responded to my request to change my room from the ground floor to the first floor due to the condition of the former. I liked the dining area and the resting areas. I felt welcome and safe.

I did not like the first room that was given to me at the ground floor. Luckily, there was immediate response to change a room.
