verry disappointed

1- the breakfast was low quality food 2-the room was stuffy-no air flow 3-the owner was not hospitable 4-one night the music played until 2 am we have to asked to stop it . 5- we had an emergency at night and the front disk staff did not have any information on local hospital or clinics

La chambre spacieuse et propre. La localisation du Ryad pour nous. La gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel. Le petit déjeuner copieux. La beauté du Ryad.

L’absence d’ascenseur. L’impossibilité d’utiliser la piscine.

Riad typique très propre , bien décoré , personnel très accueillant , au petit soin ; emplacement idéal . Les suites sont très belles , et les chambres très spacieuses avec tout le confort .

Amazing! Highly recommend!

AMAZING! It’s been a long time since I’ve felt so welcome and taken care of at a hotel. The staff was amazing, the rooms were clean/ big, the breakfast was delicious and I absolutely loved it. The location is close to the airport but it was super easy to get to everywhere by taxi (and cheap). I highly recommend staying here and I will be coming back next time I’m in Marrakesh!

it was pleasant and the ladies who run the property are very kind and generous

The room was huge and the toilets too. Everything was very clean and very close to a mall

Very homely place to stay close to the medina.

This is a family-run establishment where the two sisters on the desk were very attentive. Excellent wi-fi service. Very spacious room and shower room Shopping mall directly across the road for fast food and/or groceries. Good overhead A/C unit in the room and it was a bonus having a fridge. Handy location if you're a golfer, like me, for the various golf courses.

It's tricky to get parked because of bollards outside. There was no on-site restaurant or bar that I could see, The room could have been improved with a table and chair as there was no place to sit except on the edge of the bed. Very dark outside at night so it was hard to find the front door when I arrived late the first night -- the entrance is a small flap within a larger wooden door. Breakfast was very frugal - a glass of orange juice, cup of coffee and a croissant.

Perfect attention

We really appreciated the attention of the staff - they were so nice and helpful, making all possible in order to make us feel like at home. The place was extremely clean. The location is outside of the city centre but it is calm and shopping centre is opposite. We discovered the rooftop so we could enjoy the sunset from there and watch stars at night :)

The rooms are a bit noisy. You should respect the fact that you are not alone in the guest house.
