OTTIMA STRUTTURA.

Colazione molto varia con la possibilità di utilizzare la cucina in qualunque momento Posizione ottima per chi vuole vedere la zona dei CASTELLI ROMANI. PARCHEGGIO SICURO.. Personale accogliente e molto disponibile con un ringraziamento particolare alla signora LUISA, Lo consiglio sicuramente.

Management's photos not exactly reliable.

Breakfast was okay and ham and beer in fridge were appreciated. Lots of parking after 5 p.m. but tight till then

GPS sent us to Grottaferrata rather than on Frascati (down) side of same road. B & B is located on hill and not set back from road so noise of traffic will be a concern to most travelers wanting a quiet room. Customers should be told to bring foam ear plugs or management should have them available in room. They cost very little. Potential customers should also be advised that large people will find it difficult to use the tiny shower stall. Location out of town means a 10 minute walk down a narrow sidewalk overgrown with thistles. Someone in B&B management ought to complain to authorities to get sidewalk cleared or make arrangements to pay someone a day's wages to do it so B&B customers can walk safely into town. Return from Frascati at night by taxi is recommended. No one available for check-in so customers responsible for finding keys, etc.

absolutely beautiful, charming and very well kept.

I loved how it was away from all the hustle of Rome yet quick enough to get there in 30 minutes by train. it was a quick walk to the station and the town of Frascati is absolutely beautiful. oh and the breakfast included made it easy to grab something and go. Take a bottle of water and head into the city to explore.

It’s an uphill walk which wasn’t too bad but it’s still only about a 10 minute walk away which made it easy to get around.

extremely clean to any small details. extremely quiet environment , nice garden with tables and chair to relax or drink the house excellent espresso .the variety of drinks and snacks available 24/24. very nice host & cleaning staff.

no shortcoming or criticism really. best i have been for years

Very good value for money. Could not praise Louisa enough, nothing was too much trouble.

Breakfast was very good . The location was a bit out of the centre The room was comfortable. Louisa was excellent, very helpful.

Just the location, the walk into the town would not have suited people with disabilities.

Superb

Nice place, clean and comfortable bed. There is access to the breakfast area 24/7 and you can access snacks and water.

The road infront of the place is quite trafficated and there is noise. However, with windows closed, it is not a problem.

Central, lovely, affordable, friendly B&B

Everything about Princess B&B was delightful, but the real crowning glory was the lady in charge, Luisa. charming, friendly, easy to talk to, she did everything to make our stay comfortable.

Ideal location for a stopover during a long trip by car across Italy. Walking distance from city center (strategic because you don't need the car and parking lots are crowded) and from a large park where you can walk the dogs.

Access to rooms is through external metal stairs where you can see below between each step. I had to carry one of the dogs because she was scared to climb the stairs.
