Lisbonne est une très belle ville à découvrir

Un accueil chaleureux et attentionné, une chambre et salle de bain propre. La cuisine collective avec l'équipement nécessaire et la terrasse agréable. Très bonne localisation et surtout pour faire la fête le temps d’un week-end

Not clean, half-cold showers, very noisy stay

Fairly cheap for its central location. Fairly fast response to messages on WhatsApp from staff. They asked us to message there, but not booking.com. (If there're any big issues, it should be on booking.com as there're traces that we as customers might get some money back.)

The bedding and bath towels were stained (yellow-orange) or stepped on (grey streaks) on part of them. This was kindly changed for us the next day, but there was a human hair in one of them and I just didn't trust the bath towels anymore. I just bought a small towel to dry myself with from a supermarket in the city. The window was broken, and couldn't be closed completely, so me and my friend felt a bit unsafe leaving our belongings in the room in the day as well as sleeping at night as our room was on the third floor only. Staff Kamala, who welcomed us on the first night, said she'd raise it with her manager when we first arrived. However, when I asked when it'd be fixed again on WhatsApp, she didn't respond to this issue, and it was not sorted during our stay as there were other problems a bit more important to us. Extremely noisy (shouting, screaming, singing in groups) on Friday and Saturday till at least about 2am before slowly dying down. Other nights were slightly quieter, and noise died down a little earlier. Sleeping eye mask and ear plugs are essential. I had ear plugs on, but could still hear the noise! There was no shower gel or shampoos provided. The room had poor ventilation. You had to open the window to get fresh air in and to air the bathroom that had slightly stinky sewage that came back up into the bedroom. This also meant that we let in more noises from the partying people in the alleys downstairs and the nearby alleys. The shower was not warm after 1 person had finished a wash at night. We only noticed this consistently the case after 3 nights and asked Kamala on how to have 2 warm showers consecutively on our third night (i think she directly contacts guests at night only?). She said it wasn't like this before and she asked me to message on booking.com and she would also let her manager know. In the fourth day as we were on our way to go out, we met Kamala? Or Filomena outside our bedroom.

L'emplacement est parfait en plein centre-ville dans un quartier très festif ! le bruit des boîte de nuit peu gênere jusqu'à 1h30 2h du matin si vous n'aimez pas dormir avec du bruit sa peut être dérangeant ! si vous aimez faire la fête l'emplacement est IDEAL l'immeuble se trouve littéralement dans la rue des bars / boîte

Le bruit des bar peut etre genant pour les personne qui n'aime pas avoir du bruit quand ils dorment

Le personnel était impeccable et impliqué. Toujours au petit soin et souriant, en demande pour savoir si tout allait bien et si j’avais besoin d’une aide ou de quoique que ce soit pour mon séjour. Et pour la propreté rien à dire,

We were given a room so small with a ceiling,so low we could not stand on one side of the room. The bathroom leaked and water came into the bedroom across the floor. The room was an attic up the smallest stair case. Asked to change rooms as water across the floor, very reluctant to allow the change. Second room slightly better nothing like the picture on bookings.com Very noisy could not open the window in the middle of a night club area drunks in the street everywhere

Nel complesso soggiorno piacevole se non si hanno pretese da Hotel

Posizione comoda al centro e quindi anche a tutti gli spostamenti necessari. Silenziosa anche se in mezzo a tanti locali Pulizia discreta anche se migliorabile.

Pulizia discreta ma migliorabile, hanno comunque pulito la stanza e cambiato gli asciugamani dopo 2 giorni di permanenza, quindi comunque non male.

Da ritornarci. Filomena che gestisce la struttura è stata molto gentile e carina.

Posizione strategica. La strada è in piena movida. Basta alloggiare in una delle camere con affaccio all'interno e il problema del rumore sparisce. Cucina condivisa e un frigo grande a disposizione.Non ho mai incontrato nessuno nella struttura e quindi privacy elevatissima

Lissabon ist eine tolle Stadt, jedoch würde ich das Barrio Alto auf gar keinen Fall zur Übernachtung empfehlen.

Es war sauber, gute Matratze, Bad im Zimmer, zentral gelegen, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, uns wurde gleich am 1. Tag ein Taxi für die Abreise bestellt. Zimmer hatte Ventilator

Es sah nicht aus, wie auf dem Foto, war relativ klein. Es war so extrem laut bis ca. 3 Uhr nachts, weil gerade in unserer Straße krass gefeiert wurde, auch hörbar mit Ohrstöpseln, die uns lustigerweise gleich angeboten wurden

Location was excellent for nightlife but equally walking distance into the centre of Lisbon. Rooms were basic but had everything you need. Communal area was very helpful

Economico, pulito, pieno di vita (meglio se sei <30)

Per il prezzo è una buona house rooms, stanza e bagno puliti. Il pro è anche il contro, la posizione, Barrio Alto è un piccolo quartiere centralissimo, a due passi da monumenti e da un paio di fermate della metro, ma è anche il centro della vita notturna, quindi fino alle 3:00 / 4:00 del mattino c’è di tutto, ma se questo è il motivo della tua vacanza è l’ideale.

Il pro è anche il contro, la posizione, Barrio Alto è un piccolo quartiere centralissimo, a due passi da monumenti e da un paio di fermate della metro, ma è anche il centro della vita notturna, quindi fino alle 3:00 / 4:00 del mattino c’è di tutto, per quanto sia insonorizzato un po’ di rumore si sente.

It was ok.

Friendly staff, location is in the middle of Barrio Alto which means Old town so if you are looking to party you are in the middle of one of he busiest nightlife spots.

Room had no AC, but you get a big fan which sort of worked. The night time life is very noisy, so you had to make a choice: Close the windows and have the fan on, on or have windows open to let the night cool air in along with the street noise. The room had 2 single beds that were not so comfortable.

Nice cheap place to use as a base for exploring the city

Situated in the very lively place with a lot of bars. Beds are comfortable as are the bathrooms.

Very narrow passage into the building. Shared kitchen is a bit run-down.

The staff was nice, rooms were clean. You can make a coffee or tea in the kitchen for free.

The location is very noisy. You can hear lot of noise from clubs and bars in the street in your room until 4 a.m. Sometimes it was difficulte to sleep.

location is great! and the staff is super friendly. Both Neemi and Kamala were super super helpful.

the noise is quite annoying. Would definitely suggest staying there in week days, not weekends. The streets get very dirty from people partying.

Am unlikely to return.

No breakfast included. Very pleasant staff.

There was no aircon in the room and it was stifling hot. Very difficult to sleep at night. The area is very steep making walking around very hard.The T.V. only showed local charnels and réception was rather poor.

It was really quiet considering it being close to so many bars if you closed both windows. And it being close to many bars allowed you to discover a lot of Lisbon within a shorter walking distance.

It's quite difficult to reach and the stairs are really narrow. There were construction workers inside the floor for most of the day so sleeping in wasn't an option.

The location was great. The room was clean. The host was helpful and nice. It is a perfect accomodation for people who want too see the town, try local food, go to nearby cities and atractions.

It’s not even a dislike, the location is very loud by night, but just until 3 in the morning on saturdays, I think during the week it’s quieter. We liked it, cause it’s located very well maybe not for someone with a child, but great your young people - or people who feel young.

good but it’s not summer location if you are not a party person

price for location (not because parties but it’s just good location) is good. room was pretty clean and there were no previously mentioned in other comments issue with hot water.

they are going to clean up rooms every 2 days. I mention the person who checked in us that we don’t want it but they didnt tell it to the service. I don’t like it. if I’m telling that I don’t want somebody to enter my room then t should be respected. they don’t have typical hotel cards with “don’t disturb” text so you cannot simply leave it on door.
