I wouldn’t bother again

The bed was comfy nice sleep

We could hear banging above us, doors slamming in the middle of the night. Our toilet didn’t have a door. We had extension leads all around the room just to watch the tv that also went fully across the bathroom door. Shower was tiny we couldn’t even have a shower. We had no table to use the kettle it was balancing off the window cill part. We had a sink in our room right next to our bed. The wall paper in our room was hanging off the wall and looked like no one had even been bothered to try correct it. We got told we would have beach view. Instead we had all the things they had threw out and all dirt and rubbish at the side of it. Staff dont interact we waited ages leabing to hand in the key aswell as another couple and family who said they had been waiting nearly a hour.

Everything.. dirty, noisy, staff spoke no English, no slip mat or grip rail in shower, no fridge, one yes one electric socket,, no lift ,we ware put on 4th floor with a 70 year old lady in our group, I had to ask for help with her luggage.. we instantly knew on our approach to the hotel what was in line for us, the entrance was very uninviting, grubby and dirty.. don't use..

Cheap for a reason

Great location and reasonable value

It could have been a lot cleaner. The lift wasn’t working and as I was on the third floor that made check in and out hard work .

Left nothing 30 minutes

We left 30 minutes after booking in as it was disgusting woth people taking part in sexual activity in public spaces. Dirty room, health and safety signs on bedroom floor, no TV unless connecting to your own WiFi.

All of the above it was simply disgusting

Stay was ok but better hotels for the price and better location

We had a large room and room facilities were ok

Lobby very dated and smells old. Parking is a nightmare. Did not know breakfast (continental) was included

Value for money for a beachfront hotel

View from our balcony was stunning, very smooth check in, room is spacious with all the amenities you may need, bottles of water, tea, coffee, milk, chocolates, toiletries and roku TV which was good for the kids.

Serving breakfast would be great

Everything it was like being in a horror movie staff banging doors late at night asking to come in for a fag. Not secure theres an open door around the side where the immigrants who work there come in and out of empty rooms to sleep. A man in his pants walking around the landing looking outside creepy place also changed our locks with everything still in the room as they double booked us and decided wanted throw us out after the first night. Dodgy people dodgy hotel AVOID AVOID AVOID

Exeptional

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, really pleasant and clean rooms, comfy beds, sleep quality, quiet, WLAN is free but signal was quite low in my room. I would highly recommend this hotel, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Book this hotel at your peril

Wet towels (clean, I assume!) on the bed and in the bathroom. One socket in the bedroom with multiple extension cables. Steep steps into the bathroom and NO lighting in the bathroom. The bathroom was nothing more than a corridor. Just one light switch in the bedroom and no bedside lights. Kettle underneath the clothes rack. No other place to put the kettle or clothes. Photographs on their website do not reflect reality. No card reader is available, so I had to pay cash. The 'hotel' looked more akin to a run down hostel. When I asked for my money back, I was refunded MINUS one night as they claimed they could have let the room. When I pointed out they could not as they had broken lighting in the bathroom and no one could have safely used the room, they were immovable. We had to find alternative accommodation and were fortunate to find a room for one night and another hotel to accommodate us for the remainder of our stay.

Get what you pay for! Great location!

Limited availability for a hotel and this was the most reasonable priced available. Great location.

Place is pretty run down, room we stayed in looks like had bathroom walls painted in gloss or something. The paint smell was quite bad and paint was all over the floor and tiles. Also no tv remove in the room not that we used it. Get what you pay for with a cheap stay.

I had an excellent stay and was more than happy with everything . Also very nice and helpful

Quiet and peaceful , also very friendly and helpful gentleman working throughout our stay.

I honestly don’t think there’s anything I didn’t like, everything was lovely.

Would stay again!

Value for money, friendly staff. Clean room, bathroom nice and WiFi good. Better than expected! We would stay again!

Because I had read other reviews I knew what to expect. But perhaps notifying new guests that the hotel has recently been taken over and some parts may be run down would be a good idea, as I would of been shocked if I didn't know this.

Awful. Will be raising complaint.

The property was disgusting and very old (rubbish left on tables in entrance, room was not cleaned between guests), there was hair and dirty in the shower, bins were not emptied, floor had not been hoovered and sink was covered in soap residue. There was no staff present to raise concerns. No wifi whole stay.

Absolutely awful!!!!

Nothing I had the most traumatized nights stay in my whole lifetime!!!

Dirty, carpets were filthy n threadbare, guests were scary, manager was rude, my personal belongings were taken out of the room, there was no breakfast or bar or facilities to use!!! I lost a £50 gold earring down the back of the stone fireplace…the toilet was blocked…the windows were dirty n didn’t open or close properly!!! No towels on arrival…dirty kitchen area n dirty fridge!!! I would like a refund as I had a very upsetting and traumatic experience in that I had a massive anxiety attack n had to have the ambulance service come out to me n police were called because of my personal belongings being stolen (which I have not had replaced!!) Please contact me about this urgent matter!!!

Horrible.

No breakfast available. Location ok

Everything. The whole hotel was being refurbished.very cheaply by the look of things. Putting carpets down when we arrived. No staff around. Had to ask for clean towels and tea/coffee. No table in room so kettle and everything else on floor. Shower was a trickle at best. Only one plug socket which was dodgy. Tv didn’t work. Not a good experience.

A joke staff dont speak english dont do breakfast

On booking they stated there was bed and breakfast but there was no chef to cook breakfast so we had a long walk with two small children to find a cafe for breakfast and walk back again to collect our belongings and the staff couldnt speak english which was very rude wont be returning.

*Lack of staff unfriendly *Made to feel unwelcome *Had to search for sea view past construction site *Couldnt find anyone when needed toilet paper had to purchase our own *The bed wasn't even properly clean *Grunted and pointed saying the room was that way gesturing with a wave of his hand put us on the third floor not mentioning their was a lift had to carry our heavy suit case up tree flights of stairs
