Bellissimo soggiorno circondato dagli ulivi

Posizione comodissima per la spiaggia di Castelluzzo e per San Vito lo Capo. Appartamento pulito e ben curato. Personale molto gentile e disponibile

Très bien. Emplacement géographique parfait !

Logement propre et fonctionnel. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la tranquillité et la proximité des lieux à visiter ( Zingaro).

Le seul point négatif est que la Wifi ne fonctionnait pas toujours très bien mais sinon mon séjour était parfait !

Posizione fuori dalla movida di San Vito Lo Capo . Ma vicinissima alle spiagge e alla riserva dello Zingaro. Sulla via per tutte le altre destinazioni. Consigliato

Zorgeloos verblijf in een fijn appartement, met veel faciliteiten

Locatie was top, mits je een auto hebt. Het appartement was schoon en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Davide kwam ons vriendelijk inchecken en heeft een eigen website met veel informatie over de omgeving. Aanrader!

Er was geen bank of zachte stoelen aanwezig. Alleen harde plastic stoelen. Dat hadden we zelf natuurlijk op de foto kunnen zien, maar lekkere stoelen zou een fijne verbetering zijn!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura alcuni giorni nell'appartamento "Suite Presidenziale" moderno e pulito con tutti i confort, parcheggio interno e lavatrici a disposizione nel giardino dove si trova collocato anche un barbecue con tavolo e sedie. La posizione è strategica, in quanto in pochi minuti si arriva alle spiagge di San Vito Lo Capo, oltre che in altre attrazioni come la Riserva dello Zingaro o Trapani. Davide, il proprietario, è stato molto gentile.

Great if you want to explore that part of the island

Very good, I would recommend. Nice if you have a car, close to the beach and overall nice location. Very clean and helpful staff.

It would be nice if there was more cooking utensils.

Mooi nieuw appartement!

Mooi nieuw en heel ruim appartement op een prima locatie. De appartementen hebben toegang tot een gedeeld dakterras met uitzicht over de omgeving. De host is vriendelijk en geeft veel informatie over de omgeving.

De kwaliteit van de WiFi kan zeker nog verbeterd worden.

Schöne Ferienwoche mit Hindernissen.

Der Vermieter war freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Bett bequem, Beleuchtung im Schlafbereich gut. Es war ruhig in der Nacht. Überhaupt ist es ein ruhiges Wohnviertel, wenige Autos. Es gab einen schönen Sandstrand in ca. 3 km Entfernung. Wandermöglichkeiten waren mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. (Monte Covano und Zingaro, das letztere allerdings sehr gut besucht schon im Mai.)

Der Vermieter erledigte zwar manches relativ zeitnah, wenn wir etwas sagten, z.B.die schlecht ablaufende Dusche und die defekte Badbeleuchtung wurden behoben, ebenso brachte er uns Geschirrtücher, als wir darum baten. Aber man hätte noch viel mehr sagen können, was uns nervte, denn im Urlaub will man nicht einen Controlerjob übernehmen. Das Licht über dem Herd ist defekt und wurde auch nicht repariert trotz Hinweis. Es fehlten große Kaffeetassen, die kauften wir uns dann, es gibt keinen Wasserkocher, kein Brotmesser, keinen Pfannenheber, keine Weingläser, also von wegen "gut ausgestattete Küche ". Das größte Manko ist jedoch, dass es kein Moskitonetz im Bad gibt und keinerlei Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse. Diese liegt ohne vordere Begrenzung zur Straße hinaus, völlig ohne Sichtschutz und vor allem eben ohne Sonnenschutz, nicht nutzbar die meiste Zeit, da stört es dann auch nicht, dass es keine Stuhlauflagen gibt, man sitzt oder liegt da ohnehin nie. Wenn all diese Dinge, siehe oben, behoben wären, könnte man die kleine Ferienwohnung (kein "Ferienhaus") sicher mit einer soliden 8,7 bewerten, aber so, wie es war, gibt es von uns nur 7 Punkte.

Really good time close to San Vito

Very friendly host , recommended a lot of good spots. Apartment is good equipped , mattress is very soft. Mirror in the bathroom is amazing.

A super week!

We had a great week staying at Case Vacanza Loria, the apartment was very clean and modern with everything we needed. The terrace upstairs has amazing views and the property is located in a quiet area, only a few minutes walk to the local shops and about a five minute drive to the sea and the Monte Cofano nature reserve. Davide is a super host, he gave us a lot of recommendations of local places to visit, we would definitely return!

A lovely small apartment situated in a great location. A short distance drive to local restaurants, grocery and attractions. Davide was a very helpful and accommodating host.

Exceptional

Davide was an incredible host, received us really well and gave incredible tips on local places we should visit. He also was incredibly understanding and allowed us a late check out because we'd arrived very late the night before! The flat was clean and had everything we needed. It was very private and had nice lime trees around.

The only thing that could have been better was that there is only one AC unit for the whole flat and it struggled to cool down the bedroom, because it was hellish hot (over 40C when we were there). There was also some mosquitoes there, but other than that all perfect

We really enjoyed staying here and would have loved to be there some more nights.

We stayed at a hugh flat which also had a kitchen and even two sleepingrooms. The owner was very nice and showed us the beautiful garden with tasty fruits which we were allowed to pick up and eat. He even gave us some olive oil for trying of their own production. And He also had a lot of recommendations for the beautiful area around.

If you just stay for a night some basics in the Kitchen like salt, pepper and coffee would be nice!

Perfect

Such an amazing stay. Very clean and comfortable bed, with an adorable kitchen where you can cook 👌 a washing machine with the detergent for every Appartment. And Davide and his wife are such an adorable couple generous with many recommandations ! The position is PERFECT less than 15min by car to SAN VITO and 5min to Santa margherita beach 😍🤩

My husband and I loved everything about our host and his apartment. We stayed in the upstairs unit with the huge balcony. If you have a car this location is so perfect for San Vito, Lo Zingaro north entrance, Erice and many other beautiful beaches. I loved the big bed, soft towels, well equipped kitchen, lots of well placed plugs for charging, washing machine and so much more. Davide let us borrow beach towels, offered a taste of his fabulous olive oil and gave us recommendations for food, drinks, activities. Obviously, I HIGHLY Recommend!

Perfect, clean and spacious apartment and very nice landlord.

Absolutely wonderful apartment! It was very clean and tidy and had a nice kitchen and bathroom. The landlord was very nice and gave us some tips for activities and beaches nearby. He could speak englisch, which was very helpful. We were even allowed to pick some lemons and oranges from the garden. Everything was perfect!
