Perfekte, ruhige Lage - sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar (Tiefgarage) - Bern ca. 15 Minuten entfernt

Das Zimmer bzw. das Apartement ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof, von den man die Innenstand von Bern innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichen kann. Die Küche ist ebenso sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles Notwendige.

Manchmal ist der Zug, der direkt beim Fenster vorbeifährt, relativ laut - aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Besonders in der Nacht war er kaum zu hören (Linienverkehr vmtl. bis 23 Uhr).

Musste den Termin um einen Tag verschieben. War via booking nicht möglich. Via Hotline kein Problem, mir wurde sehr nett geholfen

Die Raumtemperatur ist eher etwas zu hoch für meine Bedürfnisse. Die Temp. In der Rezeption ist viel zu hoch, aber dort hält man sich nicht lange auf

Kies een kamer met ramen die op kunnen.

Direct bij station, hele grote kamer.

Pas met kiezen voor kamer met ramen die niet open kunnen + geen airco. Ondanks de zeer lage buitentemperatuur was het met 24 graden een ware sauna op de kamer. Onverklaarbaar warm en er kon niets aan gedaan worden. Waar die hitte vandaan kwam kon het hotelbeheer niet uitleggen. Self-incheck is niet in real-time: als je pas op de dag van aankomst een kamer boekt is het niet (handmatig) verwerkt en moet je bellen voor een inlogcode en wachtwoord.

Good sleep over for a longer trip to/from the Alps

Nice stay but could better improve ..

Self check in. Room facilities. Free washing and dryer. Can cook food.

No air conditioning, only provide with fan. Quite hot during the late summer night. WiFi in building 2 very bad.

Could be much improved with a little responsibility

Great location as a base for visiting lots of different places. Room size including bathroom is great with great facilities.

Unfortunately this hotel is let down by its infestation of mosquitoes and the hotel managements lack of responsibility in realising it is there issue to resolve. As known there is no AC, this wasn’t an issue as of course you would just open the window. However not being able to open the window since even with it closed you find yourself running around at 1am chasing no less than 20 mosquitoes within the room. When management were notified they suggested nothing could be done and again on checkout insisted that we “the guests” could of bought a machine to deter the mosquitoes. I understand this is probably a one out of 12 months problem but still something a hotel should take responsibility for. Next the heat at night given the above the room was at a horrible 26 degrees so not only are you being bitten alive but also in a sauna like room. Lastly, there was NO wifi in the room. At all.

An enjoyable stay in a clean and convenient aparthotel.

Extremely clean with good.cooking facilities. Shops were within walking distance. Staff were very helpful. When we inquired about opening the windows in our room, we where moved to a room were this was possible

There was no air conditioning in some of the rooms.

our rooms were located in Building 2 which is in a separate building next to the check in area and the signs/ instructions to Building 2 were a bit confusing
