Update Google maps location

Rooms are nice and big, it is a walking distance to Riyadh Kingdom Center.

Shower is open and water splashes outside the shower causing a mess. GPS location on Google maps is not updated, got lost many times

The location was good, located near the sky tower. Parking is good and there is a parking garage you can use but only for very small vehicles. Wifi was good.

Facilities were poor and overpriced. Did not look like the pictures at all. Allegedly I was on a non smoking floor but it still smelled like smoke and air freshener they sprayed to cover up the smell. Walls, sheets, and floor were stained. Bathroom was not wiped down at all. Shower floor was yellow. Old shampoo left in shower from a previous guest. One day housekeeping did not come and the reception insisted that I put up do not disturb. After telling him to check the list he admitted that they just didn't do it and sent someone to clean it immediately. I had athletes foot after 1 shower in this facility and I never have had this issue in all of my hotel stays. The location on Google maps is wrong and I ended up at every Novotel in Riyadh before finding it. I honestly don't know how this is a real Novotel, I have stayed in others and I can't beleive this is part of the same brand.

It was not a thoroughly pleasant stay in terms of what I just stated.

The location was good and the staff did try their best to make your stay pleasant.

The room was a bit tight for space and the room should have windows that you can open. You could not open the windows to let in any fresh air, the windows could not be opened and it felt really stuffy and stale in the room. The breakfast should have a bit more variety in terms of what you are offered. Secondly the toilet need unclogging a lot of times, due to the way it flushed which was not a very powerful flush, if you make the mistake of putting toilet tissue paper in it and that was really a big nuisance and an inconvenience. The shower cubicle felt very tight for lack of space and the bathroom tiles needed deep cleaning to bring out it's freshness.

Better stay on road than this hotel

Probably the most horrible experience at a hotel in Riyadh. The guy at reception was uncoperartive and unfriendly at time for check in.

The washroom is so small that while sitting on toilet, your legs are in the shower area. Unclean and old rooms, bed sheet were ugly and faded. Rooms are dark and bed was super uncomfortable. Signs are missing for gym pool and restaurants. Just a few meters away Ibis is 1000 times better thanthis hotel. I love staying at Accor hotels but this was the worst hotel, never again

avoid this hotel, go to Novotel Al Anoud, it is 50 meters away and MUCH better. day & night difference.

the location was good

Staff - 1/10, VERY RUDE staff in the afternoon shift, don’t know how to talk to hotel guests and are yelling and arguing with guests. Cleanliness - 3/10, overall room was ok but after 2 days, i noticed that there were COCKROACHES in the bathroom!!!
