Great location and friendly staff

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location in walking distance to the beach, old town, restaurants. We did a day trip to Venice by boat and it was very convenient. The boat started not far from the hotel and brought us in 90 minutes directly to Venice and back in the evening. The hotel arranged a parking space for our car nearby for some extra costs. The hotel interiour is a little older but well mainted and clean. Overall, very good value for the price.

The shower was a little small but still ok.

Hotel is very nice. Air conditioned rooms with a tv inside. A very nice location with a very close walking distance to a huge beach.

Good value for money but I would consider a renovation and increase the cosy feeling.

Very nice staff, good infrastructure, apartmant size is very big, good variety of beach booking, lots of bikes avalable for use,

Extremely noisy due to the very thin walls, nit ideal parking conditions, room was not cleaned properly, bit far from the beach (10 min walk)

An amazing stay and definitely recommend it for a romantic get away.

The service was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the location was superb just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach.

The room is good and clean. I left my iPad at the hotel after I checked out. The staff keeps it for me, thank you so much.

The bathroom shower was a bit small.

I really liked the room. It was modern and spacious with a TV, small fridge and kettle to make some coffee in the morning. I also loved the staff attitude and positive vibe.

It was perfect so no complaints.

Excellent. Parking is free. Worth recommending, if I go again, I will still choose to stay

It is a bit far from the main island of Venice. It takes an hour and a half to take a boat, then a BUS and then a boat, but there is a seafood market, so you can go shopping in the morning。Great service from staff and delicious breakfast

Is it possible to provide a buffet breakfast, which would be a better choice.

Great for a night passing through. Pretty secure bike parking in the back. Friendly service. Good breakfast — especially for the price.

The (single) rooms in the back are quite dark. Not really an issue for me, but good to know about.

Living it up at Sottomarina

The hotel is located in the old part of town. Which I like. You have everything you need. Tobacco shop,fruit stand,coffee and brioche and a news paper stand. The room we had was separate from the hotel. Always clean and very beautiful inside. We had a great 4 days.

There's no parking at the hotel but across the street or 1 block over there is secure parking ans beach entrance.

Payment

At checkout, the gentlemen said his Internet was not processing my card - so I had to take a 20 minute walk to find an ATM and paid him cash. Two days later, I found that my credit card was also charged. I am waiting for my refund.
