I changed the hotel after staying 1st night

clean and well located

no room service (even for a bottle of water you need to go down to the restaurant in the ground floor) staff is rude electricity issue for elevator so sometimes you need to use stairs mosquitoes in the room

The hotel is under renovation, rooms are big and well equipped. Good shower, excellent airco. Breakfast very good with plenty of options. Restaurant very nace, and a nivel swimming pool in the garden patio

Hotel was good & staff too, however booking.com did not respect the cancellations & deducted monies.

calm, stress-free and relaxing stay

I really like the hotel location, the safety of the zone it's in and the friendlyship of its workers. I feel confortable in that place that's why I have not been able to book somewhere else.

These days, the shuttle bus has not been available, at least while I came in and also when I was leaving although it is one of the criterias for which I selected ONOMO.

Was good for what I needed

Everything else was satisfactory

I didnt have the correct plugs for the country and reception didnt have. I also needed some coffee and a kettle in my room. Had to buy it myself.

Breakfast was good

Sport facilites were very poor e.g. air conditioning, equipment was broken or didn't work the walls in my room were partly covered with blood due to killed moscitos

The staff is very friendly

The wifi really needs to be improved, it keeps disconnecting which is not acceptable in a business hotel. The AC also works very poorly, sometimes yes sometimes no but it's impossible to regulate it.

Good, quiet and safe place

I really like this hotel because of the location, the way security is followed up and the staff. This time I had some issues (not with the hotel) and had to extend my stay until Friday. Hope the same rate will apply, they' ve been so caring to me.

Delay at the airport but I think it's due lack of coordination that can be handled quickly and efficiently.
