Abigail nos recebeu com muita simpatia, bom humor, eficiência, nos ajudando com todas as dicas importantes! Poder estacionar o carro dentro do hotel tb foi um ponto positivo. Café da manhã bem gostoso, servido num café perto do hotel.

Quarto bem apertado, abafado, com iluminacao ruim. Banheiro escuro e abafado. O nosso quarto dava para a rua, que estava muito barulhenta! Não existe espaço para malas, não tem uma cadeira. Não tem TV nem ar, mas isso estava claro no anúncio. É um hostel, não um hotel.

Everything was nice, especially the staff! They were very kind and had a lot of recommendations.

Our group enjoyed all the space and the staff.

it was centrally located and had a beautiful rooftop porch area to relax in and a back garden area as well as a comfortable lobby. lots of great spaces. the staff was friendly and so helpful. they were amazing!

The rooms had fans but no air conditioning.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

Clean and comfortable room. Nice balcony with a beautiful view. Building felt secure and staff were super friendly. Access to the communal kitchen was appreciated. Location close to lots of restaurants.

We would have appreciated screens on the windows, but that being said, we didn’t get any mosquitoes in the room. I don’t know if it’s always like that or just due to the time of year. Parking on the street in front requires payment during business hours, but we found parking around the corner with no problem.

The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The room was super comfortable and clean. We had a beautiful view from the balcony as well.

The only thing I could criticize that the Wi-Fi in our room (9) was quite weak.

Fantastic!

Located very close to the town and the white water rafting, lovely hotel with really helpful staff and a pretty garden and terrace. The book exchange is a lovely touch and I had a couple of books I’d finished with to leave behind. Highly recommended.

The staff helped us a lot in arranging our rafting activity and there is also a guide book that presents the surrounding activities.

The parking lot is small, so we could not use it, bit we put the car in front of the hotel.

The roof top balcony was a lifesaver and such a great place to hang! Abigail and Robert were so helpful and kind. Abigail went above and beyond to help us set up a rafting tour and when we got rained out she was helpful in suggesting other things our family could do. Turns out, hanging on the balcony was the perfect fit. The location is in the middle of the city but on that balcony it does not seem that way. The location is great and you can easily walk to anything. Our room was super comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen area were clean. We really appreciated their help and would have stayed here longer. Thank you!!!
