Great hotel, clean and staff were brilliant

Had the wow factor I was after. In comparison to other hotels we drove past this was a Lovely hotel and breakfast was great with lots of variety. Only stopped one night as it was a stop over after late flight.

Bad experience

Looking good from outside

We reached at night around 11 pm. We hired 3 rooms. Aircon wasn’t working properly for three rooms and one of room phone was not working . Shower was in tubs and tubs were filthy. If I can send you some videos. Not enough light in the rooms. Then in mid night they shift us on 3rd floor where aircons were working at list . We were all very very tired and next day our flight was 6.45 am. We had to leave 4 am from hotel. We couldn’t get sleep properly even. Also one man from next door was drunk with beer bottle in his hand without clothes was making us uncomfortable and kept knocking our doors. Please update all these things. I have videos to show you guys or in social media.

Preis-Leistung war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich! Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut.

Die Umgebung ist nicht so schön, das Hotel eigentlich sich allerdings sehr gut als Airport Hotel für eine Übernachtung. Zunächst haben wir ein Zimmer neben einem Veranstaltungsraum bekommen, dort war es sehr laut. Nach Absprache mit der Rezeption haben wir allerdings sofort ein anderes Zimmer erhalten.

Poor management and door lock system. Door lock’s not working, shower was not work well and body wash bottle placed in washroom is empty

Nice location, Courteous staff

Ambience is good, lavish lobby and courteous staff. Good breakfast spread.

The rooms are dated and need to be done with minor repairs .

stay is my ok but reception staff not good specially while check out

property is ok nice and clean

the 2225 has no outside view and has additional small meeting room which is of no use if you stay alone in that room. feels Ghost room the reception staff specially one Mr. Vaibhav is rude. when you include breakfast in room booking . the hotel shows the breakfast price separately and charge GST separately. this never happens in any other hotels invoices be it small or well known brand.

Superb

Good quality, friendly staff and worth the money. Stayed for one night while transiting through Chandigarh. Not very far from the airport.

It was very hard to get an uber in that area and the hotel were charging a very high price for their taxi. Hotel Taxi prices could be cheaper.

Disappointing

The ambiance was good. The staff was helpful and polite. Had a wide variety of options in breakfast buffet and food was good at the restaurant.

The pool was dirty. At times, the service was really slow. Had to wait half an hour for a towel by the pool. The bedroom touch panels were messed up. Passage lights went on and off itself. Dustbin paddle was broken. There was no space in the bathroom to put towels and used clothes. There are no charging points on the bedside. And only one socket in the whole room that too with study. Poor planning. There's a lot that can be improved. I've been to other properties by ramada, but this was by far the most unkempt one.

Exceptional

We stayed here for one night and it was so comfortable. The rooms are spacious and has ample amount of sunlight. The staffs are well behaved and polite. The property is elegant and its interiors are amazing. The location is also veey good, just on the road. Must sqy their breakfast spread is exceptional.

Hotel Team doing their best to keep customers comfortable.

Event rooms aren’t sound proof. This makes difficult for guests in the adjacent rooms (on the same floor) to sleep or concentrate on work.
