Satisfactory accommodation for overnight stay

Don't judge a book by its cover - from the outside this motel didn't look much however our room was very spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on

A place where you feel welcomed

Management couldn’t be more welcoming and accommodating. Absolutely loved the breakfast. Harry is a great manager and we love stopping here on our way through from Melbourne to Sydney. Highly recommend.

The worst place I have stayed at!

Near to the point of nothing...

It was the worst place I have ever stayed at... There was blood stains on the curtains and a strange noise coming from the shower so I refused to take a shower here. There was also some green looking stains on the top of the bed aswell which was honestly disgusting. The room itself was absolutely freezing! The tap in the bathroom was so far away from the sink bowl that every time you put your hand underneath it too wash your hands the water would quite literally go everywhere. There was also some bugs in the bathroom which I had to kill off while I was there. The room especially the bathroom smelt of fags and at times I nearly through up because It just made me fill I'll. Got woken up every hour by a truck so didn't even sleep here. And the owner knocked on my door asking when I would be leaving even though checkout was still another hour yet. The fact I have to give it a 1/10 and not a 0 isn annoying because honestly it deserves a 0 100%! Absolutely disgusting and absolutely disgraceful. Do not go here!!!!

Overall a pleasant stopover in Albury - good place for family.

The Location - a good place for one night stopover (Canberra - Melbourne). The double bed equipped with electronic bed warmer (it was super cold + windy that night - Late autumn season). Size of the family apartment is just nice for 5 pax. Love the contactless check in as we arrived late at night (after regular check in hours). Thank you for the kind arrangement.

The single bed bended in the middle - should be repaired or replaced.

the drain in the shower hadn’t been cleaned out every which lead to it getting blocked and there for the shower then overflowed onto the bathroom floor

Very economical but a case of you get what you pay for

Welcoming staff and a reasonably comfortable bed

No extra blanket and it was a cold night. The facilities (e.g. fridge, bathroom cabinet) are old and worn and the towels were old/thin

Thoroughly enjoyed it and will absolutely be back.

Staff were absolutely fantastic and did everything they coul dto ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Location is fantastic and you're a 10min walk from pretty much everything.

The staff were really good and very helpful

It was great but the bed was very uncomfortable. Beds need a topper as they are too hard to sleep on and you can feel all the springs in the mattress. Rest of the stay was great

room dated and cold. RC heater so noisy, choice was either sleep or stay warm bed was hard and squeaky standard room I have had other different rooms here and really happy with them unfortunately, room 5 is poor.

What a dump, giving it two stars is being over generous.

Nothing

Dirty and an insurance claim waiting to happen. Dangerous floor with loose plastic easy to trip over. Mouldy shower and taped up electrical sockets.

Uncomfortable two nights

It was a good location and easy to check in

Bed was too hard, tv at an angle, no bedside lamp and overhead light too bright for comfort at night, no carpet, difficult to get to power points next to bed, shower pipes leaked onto shower ceiling, cigarette smoke came under door when people were smoking outside at night
