Generally, we were happy with this apartment owing to it location and size of the apartment.

Clean Room. Good location as it is next to Train Station and nearby shopping area.

Bathroom and Toilet are rather small in size. Washing Machine broke down during our stay but luckily the host managed to repair it in a quick and short time.

Very good

The location was superb. Close to everything. Spacious apartment with good facilities.

Sadly the lift was out of action for four days and the apartment was 130 steps up.

great location but the bathroom facilities let it down.

It’s in a good location and the living areas were spacious.

the bathroom was not fit for purpose. the shower drains and floods throughout the bathroom floor as it is not sealed because the actual drain is outside the shower recess. the shower tiles were mouldy. the separate toilet has no ventilation and was so small, it was hard to stand up.

one have to go to one location to pickup the key, and then to the apartment itself. not so convenient.

Superb

The flat is super central, all is close by. A lot of nice coffe places, shops, close to harbour and main train station. Even I didn't wish to anyone I got sick is good to know hospital is close by. Second day of arrival and needed to go to hospital. Actually 2 different. Taxi cost us less than 9€. From the other one is possible to walk aprox. 10mins. :) So hope to visit Helsinki soon in good health. :)

Pleasant

The cleanliness wasn't up to the standard that would reasonably be expected. The oven trays in particular were putrid and unfit for use. The rest of the unit was greasy with fingerprints everywhere. It appears that an outside organisation cleans the place but as the tenants pay a 40 euro cleaning fee this is not good enough.

Excellent location. We could walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment was always warm when we arrived back out of the cool weather.

Lovely place in center of the city

The apartment was located right down the street from the train station Beautiful place, excellent for a couple Host was very helpful as well!

There were relatively little kitchen appliances (one pot and one pan, no table spoons..) Other than that everything was great!

Despite the negatives, it’s a good place, and the location really is brilliant.

Location, main rooms, lift, communicative host.

Foul smell in bathroom (rotting drains). Very cramped shower and WC. Fridge not cleaned. A bit ‘tired’ in places.

We enjoyed our stay but could have been better with better cleaning.

State of cleanliness. There was milk in the microwave, the microwave was filthy and an oven tray in the oven was dirty with food traces on it. The extractor canopy was dirty and didn’t work.

location was great. overall it was functional, spacious and we had everything we needed

the apartment photos show a good variety of the different ones on offer. one or two photos show an apartment that is dated and needs a refresh. sure enough that was the one we had. it’s kitchen and bathroom are tired and the apartment smelt like cigarette smoker.

Enjoyable stay. Would be better if key collection point is not somewhere different from the apartment

The facilities was good. There are washing machine and detergent to wash your clothes, pots and pans if you need to cook and sauna for you to relax. Overall a nice place to stay.

The warmer was unfortunately not working and we were really cold in the apartment especially in the living room. Some utensils were missing. We had a group of 6 and only 1 or 2 forks around. One thing that was quite a turn off was the key collection place being different from the actual apartment location. We have to wait in the city Center to collect the keys with our luggage then move on to the apartment which was one metro station away.

Location was brilliant and facilities were good too

Had to get host to come to give extra sheets and towels as there was an issue with cleaning staff (not hosts fault) host was very good and fixed issue immediately

Great place overall, spacious and well situated.

The location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds.

Some parts could have been a bit cleaner but decent enough. Great to have the dishwasher as I knew then the crockery was clean. Bathroom could have been better (flooding when showering, some mould in the shower, some equipment in the kitchen for cooking missing like a salad spinner, some little bits, felt like it was minimalistic for cooking however, kettle, coffee maker, blender / smoothie maker, microwave =all great. Bedrooms awesome, style great. So on the whole, we managed well.

Would definitely stay again.

A really lovely apartment in a fantastic location for us (we wanted to be near the Radisson and Clarion hotels) and an easy walk or scooter into the centre. Beds were comfortable and it easily slept 6 with extra bedding and towels. Sauna was superb too! Washing machine also very handy. Big and spacious and well equipped. Hosts very receptive and responded to questions promptly. Easy to pick up keys and check out.

Misunderstanding on whether the booking was cancellable (I was sure it was, apparently it wasn't - please triple check when booking up if you need this option). Shame it didn't have a 2nd bathroom.
