Poor service and a worst hotel

Breakfast was ok.

There were no proper bed sheets. No toiletries were available when we visited. A/c was not working and the water availability was less in one of the room. We requested to change the room and then there was no A/c remote. Also the A/c was not working properly in one of the rooms. worst stay ever

in principle, the food is good, delicious, the attitude of the staff too, but I still wonder why you work in a hotel and

view stunning matches non-photogenic as stated

the fact that I was the only guest at the hotel and they were not taken seriously, their work schedule was not defined and I had to look for them .. I got up at 6 in the morning and until 8 I had to wait for them to look for something to ask, although at such a time they should already be working ... and how in the evening I wanted to order dinner, their fishing was at the workplace

Poor hotel facilities but nice dedicated staff.

The breakfast was o.k but limited choice for foreigners.mostly Sri lankan people in the hotel.ironicaly the quality of the hotel was not good.but the staff were nice and helpful.

My room was made up of a concrete bed and your pillow rested against a concrete.also adjoining table was a concrete block.there was no t.v or fridge in the room.myself and my 3 year old son hit our heads against the concrete bed.very dangerous 😳. No tea or coffee making facilities. Not ideal for family travellers.
