Das ideale Hotel, wenn man einen kurzen Weg zum Flughafen haben will.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Flughafen und bietet einen kostenlosen Flughafentransfer. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Es gab ein sehr leckeres Frühstück.

Overall I will not stay again

Staff was excellent cook receptionist and other guys they were all good

The property needs lots of work around the building and inside it also surprises me they charge extra for cooking your lunch

My personal experience

the place is so beautiful located in the center of a lot of markets and restaurants. it’s very clean and the staff are so friendly, especially I would like to thank the staff name Usama who was helped me a lot and care too much about my safety and security, he is a nice person. I recommend all the guests to meet this amazing guy. he is really a hero in during of needs and emergency. Thanks a lot Mr. Usama, thanks to all the staff too

not worth the money

The hotel itself looks great but inside was very poor quality.

The room was not that great there was no water in the toilet also there was no hot water at all . the room had cobwebs very poor I will not recommend it.

Exceptional

Everything was good, location is very good & the staff was cooperative, neat & clean rooms. They have a huge garden for the guest which I enjoyed the most.

Great stay overnight, fantastic service, 10 minutes drive to airport

Great location, very close to the airport, easy booking system, very friendly and efficient staff, great organisation to ensure we received our free complimentary shuttle transfer to the airport on the flight date. Good dinner and breakfast ordering service. Clean towels and clean ensuite bathroom.

Tv was a small size, poor brand and remote control was in poor condition with cellotape wrapped the batteries and no battery cover. Hard to press remote buttons to change tv channels or volume so became frustrated and gave up watching TV . Expected more from a 4 star hotel.

It was poor experience.

Location was good as it was near to Airport

From nowhere it was 4 star hotel. Facilities were of 3 star or may b less. Zero value of money as facilities were not up to the mark. Room Furniture looks like very old and cabinet was broken. Washroom condition was not up to the mark. Slippers provided but washed and used. Bedding also looks like used and not new. Breakfast options were very limited. Staff was nice and cooperative. I chose it because of free airport shuttle, breakfast and near to airport. All these observations were shared with hotel staff. Will not recommend families for stay as charges were very high comparing with other 3 to 4 star hotel.

there was nothing at all to be admired

completely non-professional staff, pathetic condition of rooms, dirtiest washrooms I’ve ever witnessed, very depressed approach area from the main road, highly expensive with such shortcomings and very very low food quality. NOT recommended for stays

The location is so crowded from the main road to the hotel much damage. Old building.

Cleaning is good but a little smell is present in rooms. The washroom is not in good condition. Staff behavior is so good.

The 'one' ill mannered male receptionist. If it werent for the Airport shuttle provided by the hotel. We will never visit Grand Enclave anymore. That particular staff of your shld be enrolled in etiquette course or put him at room service. Sincerely yours Tengku Fadzilah Ibrahim Malaysian

Washroom was not clear. Cigarettes remaining were in the bathroom. Commode seat was not fixed well. Air conditioner was leaked and water was draining in the room, very uncomfortable it was.

Friendly staff, exceptional food, great location. Highly recommended for travelers.

Breakfast was tasty. I enjoyed the familiarity of the breakfast menu with the array of choices that were provided. The room was very clean, and I felt safe everytime whether I was leaving the hotel room or staying in it, despite being a foreigner who doesn’t speak the local language.

Although the stay was great, I did not like the leaky washroom. Water seemed to leak from the sink, tub and water washer extension. It would be enough water that I would trek some into the room if I wasn’t careful about laying a towel down and keeping my slippers dry.

They lied what they advertised, not towels in the bathroom, toilet bidet was not working and never fixed, very low light in bathroom, a big scary noise came and all light went out it happened 3 times, no Jim or exercise room, room next to mine was a room with trash in it, pathway leading to room was blocked by potted plants, all the time have to find a way around. Absolutely rubbish place.

Quite good

Very nice guys, tactful and always ready to help. Good kitchen. Relatively clean. Very good quality and comfortable transfer with a driver who apparently speaks good English. Very closed to the airport of Lahore. There is a garden nearby, as a result of which a mouse crept into our room, which we unsuccessfully tried to catch. However, this did not cause any particular inconvenience and the mouse left our home on its own soon :)

Hot water worked intermittently. Relatively clean. But the design of the bed does not allow to clean under it.
