Correcto.

Habitación grande y correctamente equipada. Buen desayuno. Zona de piscina amplia. Zona tranquila y no lejos del centro y de un gran centro comercial. Relación calidad precio aceptable.

El desayuno comienza a las 7, ha hora en que te recogen en la puerta si has contratado alguna excursión, con lo cual si vas de excursión no puedes desayunar, solo tienes la opción de tomar un café con algo sencillo en la cafetería y con coste adicional.

Ubicación y limpieza

Mala atención del personal de cafetería y en general pareciera que te hacen un favor , no cuenta con room service, hay ruido por equipos de enfriamiento y se escucha ruido de la calle apresar que dice tener aislamiento, se escucha ruido de cuarto de a lado .

Amazing staff

I liked the staff ! Very professional and friendly

The bathroom is not modern! Needs a serious update. It says that you have an access to the beach club but doesn’t state that you have to pay between 640 $ MX for option one or 680 $ MX for option 2! I hope they write it down so people can realize what they are signing for .

Not a 4 star hotel. Don’t get fooled by the pool, fees are there!!!

2 night stay Wifi: VERY complicated… you have to download their app and then get a code for your room… seems like a big secret… other hotels, put their wifi access on their reception desk… Price: fees, taxes… I paid +\~ $75 more than expected My room: Dusty, very dusty Only 1 sheet in bed and cover blanket. We froze in our room, plus was the top cover clean or used by everyone else??? Cleaning crew: saw them on our floor and even room beside, they didn’t do ours??? Had to call for them to come. They come, don’t bring new towels when they took the old ones. Had to call again… Did not replenish toilet paper Clogged sink (not from us) was pretty nasty, had to call 2x before someone comes Toilet didn’t flush properly I could of seen this for a 2 or 3 star, but not acceptable for a 4* Cancelled the 3rd night

Redelijk hotel fijn dat het dicht bij het vliegveld is gelegen.

Lekker dichtbij vliegveld, heerlijk groot zwembad, gratis bewaakt parkeren.

We hadden een kamer gekregen die niet bereikbaar was met de lift waardoor we de bagage de trap op moesten tillen. In de nacht had het geregend plafond kamer lekte waardoor het erg glad werd op een aantal plekken.

Lovely stay, would come back again

-Comfortable beds -Aircon was very refreshing -Interior and look of the room/lobby

-bathroom cleanliness wasn’t the greatest -there was a bothering photo carved into the bathroom mirror that is only visible when it is foggy from a hot shower (room 32)

Exceptional stay for the price

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was standard, but we were very happy with it. Cleanliness was as expected. The pool area exceeded our expectations considering the price of the hotel! It was very nice to stay here. I recommend having a car as the hotel zone which is not far has most things, but you would need a car to get to it. The hotel has good security and gated parking.

Overall my stay was okay.

The staff was very helpful. The room was huge and queen size bed was comfortable. The taxis is right outside the door or you can walk to the bus stops off Avenida Tulum/Coba which take you to all the beaches on hotel zone. There's also a couple convenience stores right across the street and a money exchange place. Breakfast was delicious.

Pool side rooms are too loud. If you are a light sleeper try to get away from that area. Also the walls are thin so it's easy to hear other guests. Unfortunately I was next to a guest who played loud music until 6am. Also the pool area starts music at around 8am! The bathroom wasn't cleaned well. The housekeeping manager did try to help out. The sink and shower faucets had sediment build up on them. You get what you pay for.

Breakfast was poor, the room was not clean after someone was painting the wall in it. No soap or shampoo was there! Kindly the front desk girl apologized and offered me to change the room!
