Un excelente hotel de paso.

Las almohadas, nunca habia estado en un hotel con almohadas tan comfortables. El desayuno estuvo bien, el personal muy amable y la relacion precio-calidad excelente. Es un buen hotel si debés dormir en La Ceiba por trabajo o quizás para tomar el Ferry de las 9 am.

Podrían invertir un poco mas en los baños, se ve que tuvieron mejores dias, pero muy limpios.

the location to the airport the personel are friendly

the hotel need urgently a maintenance, the Piscine was full of leaves, the door to the swiming pool was looked, they need to fix the sisteme,, The Larson was empty,, the food was average, much to do to improve the place !!

Humidity smell in the rooms. Stain bed sheets (looks like they didn't change it from the previous guests). Bathroom walls looks dirty. Shower needs to be fix floor it's leaning (I almost fall due to slippery floor. Breakfast start at 7:30 on Sunday WAY TO LATE most of guest stay in this hotel to travel next day to roatan or early flights no enough time to eat breakfast. Staff way to slow to attend breakfast and front desk.

Great location, good price and good service.

Breakfast was good. Location is great because it's close to the airport.

The beans from breakfast were a little too salty. There was no towel in the room when I arrived.

Long Time Visitors

We have been coming here so nice they opened, like maybe 30 years. It has gone through some me “quality cycles” I guess. However, I believe it is better now than it probably ever has been.

The staff were friendly.

I make the booking for a friend. I did not stay at the hotel. He told me it was good. I didn't appreciate that booking.com didn't tell me the location did not accept credit cards over the phone. They only accept the card in person. The location did not give me the full amount owed when I called. I did a wire transfer for the amount on Booking.com only to get a call the following day to be told I owed $5.95 in taxes. I had to send another wire for that amount and the cost of the wire was $26.00CI. How can this be fair and a good business practice? Also I asked for confirmation of my emails and received none.

Great place to stay!

Staff was friendly and kind. The place is perfect to stay overnight and then heading to the Bay Islands. You do not have to enter the city centre. We were able the change the included breakfast for dinner which was excellent since we arrived late at night and leave early. Highly recomended.

Wifi did not work.

Pleasant and very friendly staff. Also very helpful.

Location was excellent for me because I had to be at the airport by 5:30am.

It would have been a real help if the wifi worked in the room. I had to go out in the corridor to use it.
