We enjoyed the facilities but were disappointed with the noise during the night.

The staff accommodated our luggage early so that we could tour around until check-in. The continental breakfast provided a variety of options.

On both nights of our stay, there were a number of guests out in the hallway around 3.30 am - 4.30 am. They were talking very loudly and slamming doors and this disturbed our sleep.

Good price and comfy beds with separate rooms.

It was nice having 2 separate bedrooms. Beds were comfy and there were 2 separate TVs one for each bedroom which was good and single beds for kids so they could be separate which was good too for older children. Continental Breakfast was included. They provided gluten free bread and had a separate toaster for gluten free bread.

Toilet was loud and took a while to flush. Pool was very small.

Pleasant enough. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean. Our room on the 8th floor, was very noisy, with the lift nearby and even when cleaners were in rooms adjacent and on different floors, it was noisy. Chairs in room above were loud enough to disrupt tv viewing.

All in all, was a very good price for overall value - it was Wet Season price though.

Price to value was good - reasonable continental breakfast included. Room was reasonably sized, with balcony facing the park and water views.

A little bit away from the CBD - no biggie. Some crockery/cutlery in the room would be good (the layout of the kitchenette gives the impression they may have these before Covid). Parking for an extra charge was a bit petty, seeing as Frontier Hotel up the road doesn’t charge.

Very basic amenities and breakfast is only basic continental style with no espresso coffee available

Clean room and facilities

Breakfast was not what I expected and it was only a continental breakfast with nothing hot or cooked. There is no ice available but staff did provide us with an esky to keep the purchased ice we had to buy cold.

It's very convenient that breakfast starts so early as lots of guests are leaving early for day tours etc.

Got a good rate via booking.com.om the first 3 nights. The rate the hotel offered when I wanted to stay a night longer was completely overpriced in my opinion and there was no flexibility to negotiate.

great place to stay, staff were really lovely. room wasn’t amazing, but I was happy for the price (shower a little dated).

The timber chairs over ceramic floor tiles could be heard all night from other units. The chair require felt bottoms to eliminate drag noise.

The staff were extremely helpful. Room clean. room service prompt. Reception staff very helpful. A special mention goes to Belle (Mirabelle) in the breakfast dining room. Consistently friendly, welcoming & greeting each person as they entered the dining room, always smiling and happy to help, and then thanked each person as they left to begin their day, & all the while actively attending to her duties in keeping the tables cleared & clean, & breakfast items replenished. She is an asset to the Hotel.

The shower was over the bathtub, narrow, & the bathtub surface curved & slippery. This could too easily be a significant risk to anyone with mobility issues, aging factors such as arthritis, or anyone with hip or spine or knee issues, for whom climbing in & the getting out of the tub is not easy, & the tub is slippery when wet making the risk of a fall or similar injury quite a significant potential. There was one railing on the wall to hold when getting in or out.

Comfortable Bed in a room with the correct temperature setting. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They were excellent.

The shower, being set up for disabled use, when being used did cover 90% of the bathroom floor with water. It was a minor inconvenience.

Rooms were a good size and clean. The microwave and dinnerware and cutlery were an excellent bonus. Nice quiet location.

On arrival we didn't get any instructions on using your room key to get to your floor in the hotel. After two goes another guest explain it to us

Arrived off The Ghan railway and needed a restful stay before flying to UK, this hotel was perfect.

Fabulous friendly staff who were very helpful when you needed help or information. Continental breakfast was more than adequate, good choice of cereals, fruit, toasts, drinks both hot and cold.

Very nice and clean hotel

The room was cleaned and organized every day. Bed is really comfortable and we had a very good sleep. Hotel is located walking distance to the city centre.

Breakfast is very standart. Just cereals and milk every day. It would be good to have different options, even if that would require and extra payment. Car parking is also not included in the room price.

Rooms were tidy.

Rooms were tidy but could have been cleaner eg. bathroom sink had hair in it and the bath had a long black hair also. Tiles and showerhead/taps could have been cleaner.
