Excellent in every way.

Good central location, quiet, friendly and helpful owners who were very welcoming and recommended and booked for us an excellent restaurant nearby for supper. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. We were able to make a warm drink on arrival. Breakfast was excellent.

There was nothing we didn’t like - would gladly stay here again, but book directly to avoid paying 20% extra to booking.com!

Superb

Really good breakfast, amazing hospitality. WiFi worked. Located in the center. The hosts helped us to plan our trip, and they were very nice to us.

The pillows were too big and not so comfortable.

Fabulous Stay in Massa

We spent 6 nights at this wonderful place in Massa, a city which we didnt know much about but managed to surprise us for the best every evening. The B&B is literally a gem from every possible aspects. Both hosts, Beate and Daniela are the most friendly hosts you can find. They help you with anything you need, from parking, beach places to restaurants. They prepare a delicious breakfast with fresh cakes every morning. They even cooked lactose free cakes every morning to account for my intolerances. I found it exceptional as it is quite rare. The B&B is very well located. You can easily park the car 5 minutes walking distance away from the B&B. The hosts helped us with it and it was not a struggle at all. The room is perfectly clean and the service exceptional. We can only highly recommend it and will definitely return.

Exceptional

The hosts are beyond superb providing a beautiful delicious breakfast. It could not have been better. We were walking the Viafrancigena and this place was perfect. highly recommend.

Property has no refund policy and I hesitated to book it but I am so glad I did!

Perfect stay in a lovely location.

The property is perfectly located, expertly decorated and my room had every amenity I could have wanted. The breakfast was as ample and excellent as any 5-star hotel. The hosts were so gracious, they not only made me a dinner reservation, but bought me a glass of Prosecco. I would recommend B7B Il Cuore to anyone visiting Massa!

Nice place to stay in Massa

Amiability of the hosts. She advised us a good restaurant, booked for us and also advised a good beach. Very nice. Nice garden to take the breakfast. Close to the very center of Massa. Big room.

Small shower, but ok for one night of course. Rest of the shower room is spacious.

The B&B was very good located, the breakfast was very nice served in the garden by the 2 ladies. A very good hospitality of Beata and Daniela.

The missing of a fridge in the room and all the steps to the second floor.

Exceptional

We really like this b&b since we opened t door of the house. Daniela, the landlady and her dog „Baba“ are super nice and very welcoming! We had a wonderful time there and a nice view into a innercourtyard from our appartement with balcony. The breakfast was super delicious! Especially the homemade muffins.

Amazing stay - would happily return

Overall amazing stay - would definitely return. - Central location - Very clean and cosy rooms - DELICIOUS breakfast, with fresh pies made each morning (we had fig, strawberry, blueberry, nutella) as well as focaccia - Nice garden outside to eat breakfast - Excellent COVID-19 hygiene (e.g., breakfast buffet was handled by staff, who were always wearing masks) - the staff were so sweet and hospitable, with the owner giving us a bag full of cake and fruit for our journey to the airport!
