Przyjemny hotelik w dobrej cenie.

Hotelik położony w spokojnej okolicy. Bardzo miły pomocny personel.

Na stronie przedstawiony jest jako posiadający basen. Po przyjeździe okazało się że basen nie działa pierwotnie uzyskałyśmy informację że coś się zepsuło ale jest w trakcie naprawy jednak był to tylko wymówka przez dwa tygodnie nikt nic przy nim nie naprawiał. Uważam że fair byłoby napisać w wiadomości że basen jest nieczynny. Byliśmy w bardzo upalnym okresie i basen był jednym z czynników który decydował o wyborze miejsca. Brak śniadań na miejscu też jest problemem bo w okolicy nie ma dobrych lokali trzeba za każdym razem udać się do centrum.

Excellent stay

Overall, it’s great for a short stay. We didn't book breakfast or use the spa services, but the staff was very nice, and the hotel environment was friendly. The rooms looked exactly like, or even better than, the pictures.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zur Stadt ca 3 Kilometer mit der Straßenbahn sind wir in 15 Minuten im Zentrum Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

°♡♥️🤍♥️♡° Wunderschönes Hotel, was ich definitiv wieder bereisen werde °♡♥️🤍♥️♡°

Die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch eingerichtet, hatte nur diesbezüglich gebucht. ^^ Die Betten sind sehr hübsch und vor allem sehr wichtig, Bequem. Die Lage ist gut, schön und ruhig.💚 Trotz Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten haben wir einen weg zur Kommunikation gefunden! Das Personal war freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Halfen mir so gut sie konnten. 💖Begeistert war ich vom Üppigen köstlichen Frühstück, vor allem die Salate waren ein Traum, zumindest für meinem Gaumen.💝 Ich werde definitiv wieder hier Buchen, doch Nächstes mal im richtigen Zimmer.😊 P.S. Ich liebte die Sirenen❤️die sehr Oft am Tag zuhören waren, unsere hier sind eher Laut und Langweilig...😏

Der Pool war leider etwas zu kalt.🥶Vorsicht ist im Bad beim Duschen geboten, die Fliesen sind zu Glatt, es besteht Rutschgefahr. Leider waren über meinem Zimmer Elefanten zu Gast. Ich hatte nur Zeit eins dieser Wellnessbäder in Anspruch zunehmen, doch fühlte ich mich ein wenig unsicher und unter druck gesetzt. Wie lange ich in der Wanne verweilen dürfte oder andere Termine für die Wannen Vor reserviert waren, denn für den Preis und das schöne wohltunende gutriechende Bad bleibt man gern etwas länger drin?!?😊Immer wenn ich jemanden hörte, vermutete ich die Tür geht gleich auf und ich müsste raus oder dergleichen. Also auch lieber da vorher Anfragen, wie lange die Wannen genutzt werden dürfen.🤔 Als ich Spät Nachts vom Konzert wieder zum Hotel kam, funktionierte meine Zimmerkarte nicht, mit der sich das Tor draußen Normal öffnen lässt, da bin ich ein wenig in Panik geraten. Ein anderer Hotelgast hat mir dann von weitem geholfen. Ich musste mich halb verrenken um wieder rein zukommen, dass war nicht sonderlich schön.🙄

It was alright

The Wellness area (bath & salt cave) were phenomenal and relaxing. It's a closed are, so that you won't be disturbed. The room was quite clean, but there are small details that made me give it 4 stars. It's very quiet and realxing here.

Unfortunately, they only had very few options for the bath even though there are so many listed on their homepage. I don't really get the good reviews on the breakfast. It was very ordinary and not a lot of variety. The coffee was alright. I had much higher quality breakfast in other 4 star hotels. The hair dryer in my room was really bad and too cold, even at the highest setting.

Good prize and location, okay standards.

Nice location, good point to go to Prague Centrum by tram. Price was also good. Easy checkin and checkout.

Breakfast was terrible. hard bread, a coffee machine which is very dirty with no translations on it. Room size was overrated and a lot smaller that described. Bed was very soft, TV had no volume regulations.

the hotel is situated in a very nice location. accessibility by public transport is good. nice garden and jacuzzi available. The staff is helpful, breakfast is excellent, coffee available all day.

the attic room was nice, but very small if you plan to stay more days. Lack of storage space. The bathroom would need minor repairs.

Excellent value for money.

excellent value for money, the terrace was larger than expected. The room was impressive. The breakfast choice was very good.

The lift was very temperamental & the doors took a number of attempts to close each time we used it.

Perfect for a relaxing stay in Prague

The staff was really nice and helpful at all times. The hotel is very relaxing in a cozy and quiet area. The breakfast had a variety of choices.

My friend says they could have more different hams.

I did like the room, the access to the terrace and the resting "basket " Breakfast was beautiful. Staff was absolutely lovely, friendly and always very helpful. Loved the wellness.

Nice garder but should be better maintained.

We stayed 4 days and breakfast was same every morning, they are using leftover food for the next day, cleanliness leaves much to be desired especially for the money they ask for.
