Overall, a quality hotel in an excellent location.

Overall good quality and proximity to Royal Albert Dock was excellent.

Bar staff on the Thursday night were a bit passive and, on an evening when there were very few people in the bar, they weren’t interested in bringing drinks to our table.

Perfect location on the water and very near major attractions.

The room had a lovely view of the water. The bed was so comfortable didn’t want to get up. Perfect location to get the museums, shopping. Lots of eating places on the docks. Just a short walk.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay as always, it’s a shame about the 2 things we mentioned as it did put a damper on the mood.

We have stayed at the Pullman every year for the past 4 years now. Location is perfect, beds are super comfortable and the staff are accommodating

This time the WiFi was absolutely terrible, could not get internet at all . Also we were having an afternoon sleep , but we were woken by someone drilling in the room next door to us which no one made us aware of this

Lovely trip, beautiful views and excellent food and shopping

This is our second stay at the Pullman. Location is very good, right on the water front with lovely views of the river and cityscape. 10 min walk to Liverpool one along the river with plenty of nice restaurants on the route if you need to stop or take a drink. Room is great, as is the panoramic view across the city and ricer from the huge windows. The showers in the room are absolutely amazing and even the little amenities such as tea bags come with an essence of luxury. Hotel staff extremely friendly and very accommodating to any requests. Jack in particular was a pleasure to chat to and made us feel very welcome. Can't wait for our next stay here.

Amazing location, 5 minute walk to to docks & 10 minutes walk into the city centre if that! The hotel itself was lovely, friendly staff and nice rooms. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Liverpool.

Convenient and comfortable place to explore the Albert Docks and hit major Beatles attractions!

Clean, comfortable, modern suite that was conveniently located by the docks. Staff were lovely and the facilities were fantastic.

Perfekte Lage an den Docks mit beeindruckendem Blick

Ein fantastisches Hotel mit einer unschlagbaren Lage direkt an den Docks! Mein Zimmer bot einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Wasser, was meinen Aufenthalt besonders beeindruckend machte. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war perfekt, und das Bett war unglaublich bequem. Die Lobby ist geräumig und schön gestaltet, was eine angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, hat mich jedoch nicht komplett umgehauen. Dennoch kann ich dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage, Ausstattung und des großartigen Service nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Das Zimmer mit der Ausstattung, die fußläufige Entfernung zur Innenstadt und den Dicks sowie das sehr abwechslungsreiche Frühstücksbuffet.

Had a nice stay, location is perfect, just a little expensive

Location was great and friendly staff

corridors had trays of alcohol everywhere and the room didn't face the city which was unfortunate. Room seemed a little small for the price.

Many eating place at Albert dock.side which need a 5 mins walk Discount for near by car park at £12 (24 hrs.)

Tissue paper not refilled the next day after we finished it.

Love the Pullman.

The only place we will stay in Liverpool. Large, quiet, comfortable room. Great night's sleep. Easy walking distance into town.

Over inflated prices at certain times (I understand supply and demand..... but still). Accommodation, however, nothing to dislike.

Comfortable, quiet, perfect location for exploring Liverpool dockside & the cruise terminals.

Excellent large, en-suite walk-in shower room with lots of good quality products - shampoo, conditioner, hand cream. Very spacious quiet room as requested. Excellent location for sight-seeing all along Liverpool's waterfront - Beatles statues, Mersey Ferry Terminal, so many places nearby to eat & for the Titanic & Slavery Museums. The Cruise Terminal for ocean-going cruise liners isn't far either.

There were no mushrooms in my vegetarian meal one evening (this differed from what was detailed on the menu) so the chef agreed to give me a discount as it was their error which was very fair.

Excellent stay, highly recommended

There are cheaper hotels available in Liverpool but the price of my stay here was justified given the lovely staff, beautiful room and decor, quality of facilities, and all the rest. If you're looking for somewhere that's a little more luxurious and close to everything, go for it.

Not the fault of the hotel at all, but there weren't many people in the area immediately around the hotel (probably because I stayed midweek) so at night as a solo female I felt a little bit uneasy walking back in the dark. All was fine though

Really enjoyed our stay the hotel was great we had a riverview just fantastic. Nice touch with having a refrigerator in the room. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely book there again as the location is great to explore the attractions

Mini break while convalescing from knee replacement

Excellent location. Staff were friendly and very professional. Relaxing atmosphere. Stylish hotel, very clean. Brilliant variety of food at breakfast, quality ingredients used. The kindness of the staff... I was recovering from a knee replacement.

We have a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend the hotel

Everything was excellent. The room was spotless, the breakfast excellent and the staff friendly.

Car parking facilities are either none existent or we were not aware of any.

A lovely stay

We were greeted by receptionist Chloe who literally could not do enough for us. She was amazing and a credit to her team. Our room was lovely and comfortable and we really enjoyed the breakfast. The location is perfect for The Albert Dock area.
