El lugar está bien, falta mejorar algunas cosas como poner jabón en el baño, pero en general estuvo bien.

El lugar es acogedor, muy ordenado y limpio

Mucho ruido en la noche.

Filtración de ducha

La ubicación

Nos quedamos en el loft del hostal y la ducha del baño estaba en malas condiciones. Filtraba y se notaba que era una filtración antigua, había olor a humedad y la pintura se caía. La solución que nos dieron fue facilitarnos más toallas para secar el piso. No volvería.

Agradable para quedarse una noche

Hostal bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras del centro de Viña y cerca de negocios y lugares para visitar. Muy buen desayuno tipo americano, incluía de todo. Habitación cómoda, bien iluminada y fácil de ventilar. Baño bien equipado y en buen estado de aseo, la infraestructura parece un poco descuidada. El personal muy amable y servicial.

Aunque entiendo que no es problema del hostal, me costó quedarme dormido porque los camiones recolectores de basura anduvieron circulando en el sector hasta altas horas de la madrugada, yendo y viniendo cada poco rato. Debieran reclamar por esta situación a la municipalidad, pues el ruido que generan es muy molesto y no permite dormir; es una falta de respeto por el descanso ajeno. En la bañera costaba mucho regular el agua para que saliera tibia; por momentos sólo salía fría o excesivamente caliente, casi para quemarse con el agua. Las toallas parecían una lija; creo que es un aspecto super importante a mejorar. En algunos aspectos la propiedad parece un poco descuidada, no vendría mal una pequeña "manito de gato".

Confortable.

La ubicación y la tranquilidad del sector, la comodidad de la habitación.

Recomendaría poner agua a disposición, ya sea de bidones o embotellada, ya que no todos bebemos de la llave.

Hostal cómodo y agradable, personal de servicio muy amable.

Desayuno bueno y contundente, te, café, leche, jugos. La ubicación buena y central, buen. barrio y seguro.

Hermoso lugar, bien ubicado y quienes lo atienden muy amables. Se ofrecieron a trasladarme hasta un lugar de paseo, gracias Tania y Gonzalo!

Vina del Mar, interesante pero puede ser peligrosa y fea.

El desayuno era acceptable aunque parece que los Chilenos no comen huevos y siempre toman Nescafe en vez de cafe regular.

Debido a la temporada, estabamos completamente solos en el hotel lo que era un poco desconcertante. Tambien el area muy cerca estaba lleno de gente muy vaga que nos pedia limosna. Algunos de los sitios como la laguna de Sausalito estan con muchisima basura y horrores de grafiti tal como Valparaiso que ha vuelto peligroso.

cómoda y reconfortante

Pieza bien cómoda y el personal muy amable. Muy buena localización y desayuno también.

Sólo si es posible, colocaría alguna repisa en la ducha para dejar artículos de baño (y agregaría acondicionador), pero ya es de regodeón, porque todo lo otro un 7.

Súper buena estadía en Viña

Súper cómoda la hostal y bonita, todo súper limpio, el personal muy amable, la ubicación súper cerca del terminal. Me sorprendió gratamente :) Recomendado totalmente.

Exceptional

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The breakfest was prepared for self-serving. The room was clean and housekeeping was done each day. There is possible to have a lunch (not included) - it was nice before our leaving to Santiago.

Feels like home

The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. It is a small establishment, you feel like a guest more than a client. The location is not central, but perfect if you don't mind the walk to the beach. The streets are quiet and beautiful. The room was very clean, the shower very hot and we had a lot of natural light in the room. Very good experience. Merci Tania!

Pleasant

Friendly staff, it was clean, nice lobby.

It was too bright in the room because of the light coming from all the directions - so we woke up early when the sun started coming out. Also it was quite noisy as the house is quite old, so we heard how people from the neighbouring house were partying at night and how people were walking in the corridor.

Very good

The owner was really nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and housekeeping is done every day. Also, the location is in a quiet area.

The breakfast is very basic and there is no staff in the hotel during night. If other guests make a party, there is nothing you can do except trying to talk to them. That cost me one sleepless night. There should be some rules for not using the kitchen and not making noise after a certain time.

nice place but too noisy

Very nice area of Vina del Mar. Kind and attentive hosts.

The rooms have very thin walls and I could hear my neighbours and their kids screaming until the midnight. The hostel was almost empty, only mine and another room occupied. Don't understand why I was put nextdoor to the family with the young kids, screaming all night. I tried to find the owners to resolve this problem but they were not even there. Suggest to put some rules common in other places of no noice after 10 pm...

A good option

The room was big and with a lot of windows, so nice to be in daylight for a change. There was a heater, well appreciated. Bed was comfy, shower worked well (but a bit worn, some parts wanted to come off). I liked being able to serve my own breakfast when I wanted - it was left in the fridge to be had at ones own convenience; it was great to have the kitchen to myself for a bit in the morning. Location was close to bus station and places of interest in town. The staff was pleasant.

Wi-Fi was a bit spotty (to the point of not being there) one evening, but got better the next day.
