Almost perfect but......

Note : this review and associated score takes into account the fact that there was a mistake in the price advertised in Booking during the booking process (€3 per night plus €30 cleaning fee, instead of €45 per night), and that the host agreed into honoring the contract (original price) after the first of a 2-night stay. I appreciated the gesture. However, the score would not be the same had the price been the original one. I would expect much more if that was the case. The house is very spacious - big enough for 4 people, possibly even 6 if sleeping on the couch. Actually the price for 4 guests should be what I should have paid for 1 guest. You will feel like home, and it has all furniture, appliances and tools you need away from home - fridge, washing machine, kitchenware, microwave, oven, tv, wifi, video, dvd, games. It's clean, the check in process is smooth, quietly located in Lisbon suburbs with shops, restaurants, mall, gym, etc at walking distance - having a car is recommended if you're visiting for holiday/if you're a tourist, otherwise I can imagine public transports will take a while to get to the city, especially the center.

There's just one problem...the neighbors from the unit above are an absolute nightmare. From kids running, screaming and crying, to constantly dragging furniture, speaking loud and doors banging, you'll have it all. This happened 2 nights and days in a row, in the morning (7.30 to 9.30 AM) and evening (6PM till 11PM/midnight). On a Saturday morning too. If this happens and you appreciate peace, you can forget resting during these periods and any peace of mind. I'm surprised I didn't see this mentioned in the other reviews, so maybe the unit is being rented as well and I was just unlucky.
