Große Wohnung im Zentrum

10 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof in einer halbwegs ruhigen Seitenstraße; sehr zentral gelegen; sehr netter Gastgeber

Küche könnte etwas besser bestückt sein (Messer, Schneidbrett, gute Pfanne fehlte); große unbeheizte Wohnung, im Sommer sicher traumhaft, im Jänner sehr kalt

Appart pour jeunes bag packers uniquement ! A fuir dans tous les autres cas!!!!

L'appartement est situé hyper centre historique donc on peut tout faire à pied MAIS du coup il est EXTRÊMEMENT bruyant! Les fenêtres sont des feuilles de papier donc impossible de fermer l'oeil avant ...4h du matin !!

L'appartement est spacieux mais PAS DU TOIT ENTRETENU et très mal insonorisé. les peintures du plafond vous tombent dans la bouche quand vous dormez, les joints sont moisis, les couvertures et vaisselle cassés etc, etc. Dans l'annonce il est indiqué qu'il y a le chauffage mais inutile de le chercher : il n'y en a pas. Ne cherchez pas non plus à cuisiner sans vous empoisonner : les poêles, casseroles sont toutes ébréchées et datent d'un autre siècle (sans exagération). Côté sanitaire : La douche fait 70*70 pour une surface d'au moins 6m2. Tout est "dans son jus", mal entretenu. La PROPRETÉ n'est hélas pas non au RDV! Les couvertures sont dans un état innommable (tâches, trous, etc). Les lits avaient été faits avec des draps propres (ouf!) Mais il ne faut pas avoir froid! Les matelas ne sont pas recouverts d'aleses - merci l'hygiène! Nous sommes rentrées un soir et une joyeuse famille nombreuse de cafards nous a accueilli ! J'ai la phobie de ces bestioles et vu le nombre autant vous dire que nous n'avons jamais mangé sur place (enfin sans casseroles dignes de ce nom cela aurait été compliqué !) Le bruit et l'isolation j'en ai déjà parlé donc reste la SÉCURITÉ : nous étions 3 femmes (moi et mes 2 filles adolescentes). L'appartement se situe dans une petite rue étroite mal éclairée comme beaucoup de rues à Palerme. Le souci c'est que la porte (blindée) ne ferme pas a clé, ni de l'intérieur ni de l'extérieur. Il y a bien un verrou mais c'est tout. J'ai dû caler la porte avec une chaise et un parapluie pour essayer de me sentir plus en sécurité. Autant vous dire que je n'ai pas beaucoup dormi entre le bruit et la peur !

Good location with a helpful host!!

Big space, good for a long stay. Close to everything. Host was very nice and helpful.

Lovely stay is spacious apartment!

Spacious apartment with comfortable beds. Convenient and quiet location.

We had to bring our own soap for bathroom and no dish soap or kitchen towels. We did cook in kitchen so it may not be an issue for those who eat out.

Perfectly located flat and very welcoming guest!

Very well located in Palermo. Vincenzo is very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful ancient painting on the ceiling in a room.

All in all it was ok, but in such a sweltering heat, malfunctioned conditioner spiled the impression

The location is in the middle of the old city center .

If i knew the air conditioner wasn't working, i definitely would have chosen another apartment !

Location was very easy to navigate from, you can without trouble walk to bus/train and all the places you want to see in the city.

Incredibly noisy area, all night people sing, drink, play loud music, smash metal plates with sledgehammer, rev their motorcycle engines etc. We thought at first (saturday) that it was weekend noise, but it was even worse on monday and tuesday night. Neighbours would get up at 2, 3 and 4am and rev their motorcycle for a few minutes on the street just below window, before driving off. Equipment for kitchen was poor. Main living room is quite dark without natural light.

Spacious apartment in central Palermo with nice flair

Great, spacious apartment in the heart of Palermo. Equipped with all possible amenities to live in for even for a longer period. Perfectly located. Close to all attractions and lively neighbourhood, however still in a quiet side street. Comfortable beds and a nice fresco on the ceiling with flair. Recommend! Uncomplicated Check-In/Out and friendly owner.

Bathroom was quite dark as not all lights worked.

Lovely spacious apt in a great location

Apartment Basile is in a great location - we loved that it was so close to Piazza Bellini, Fontana Pretoria, both Ballero and Vuccaria Markets and Cafe Stagnitta. Despite being so central, it was quiet enough at night for us. It was great to have an elevator at times even though apartment is on first floor - FYI there are still a couple of stairs to do. The area was busy enough to feel safe. We would stay here again.
