Clean, comfortable, not value for money.

The staff was friendly and understanding. My room was very good, quite and comfortable, which made working easy. Very clean and nice interrior.

The restaurant had a very poor selection and a low-quality menu in the form a single piece of paper...However, the food was really good! Furthermore, Hilton charged for my room 2x, once a full room deposit + additional extras, and upon checkout, they debited the room and other costs (such as room service) without releasing the deposit. After multiple messages and calls, I needed to contact my bank to release the credit holding on the card. Won't be staying at Hilton anymore due to the confusing withholdings on my credit card. Besides this the stay was nice!

Will never stay there again! Dreadful accounting!

Great venue for wedding reception I was attending but had to go outside the hotel to access the reception at the back of the hotel. In the rain. Not great!

They deducted my room charges and extras twice. They sorted it but then charged me again which has taken me into an unauthorised overdraft with my bank AGAIN!. Still waiting for a resolution and response to my complaint!

A pleasant stay at Hilton Bankside. going to London I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel has STAFF = PEOPLE who assist you in everything ! Thanks Hilton The hotel is new, very friendly and helpful staff, nice room, good bed, clean bathroom, good breakfast. Price/quality is correct for London.

All well until it goes horribly wrong

Good location for visiting the atmospheric South Bank. Good restaurant with food well cooked and quirky decor. Welcoming staff

The air con was blowing dust and dirt into the room and it couldn’t be switched off even from reception. My son and I found the room covered in dust when we woke up, both with a headache. The hotel management didn’t handle the situation correctly and seemed non fussed in tge face of our discomfort

Klasse Hotel im Herzen von London

Das Hilton liegt in einer ruhigen und sicheren Gegend von London und dennoch zentral. Das Themse-Ufer und das London Eye ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die U-Bahn-Station Sougthwark ist auch nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die Standart Zimmer und das Bad sind wirklich groß und geräumig. Man schläft sehr gut in den Betten und die Lärmisolierung bezüglich der anderen Zimmer ist gut. Das Personal war durch die Bank weg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war klasse. Das Frühstück-Buffet bot alles, was man in einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarten kann (Frisch gepresster O-Saft, Früchte und Eier in allen Varianten, insgesamt eine große Auswahl an Möglichkeiten). Wir haben einmal Abends im Hotel gegessen und waren vom Geschmack der Speisen angetan, raffiniert und lecker. Wir würden auf jeden Fall jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel gehen!

Da im Pool viele schreiende und plantschende Kinder waren, gingen wir bald wieder. Somit ist der Pool für Kinderlose nicht wirklich einladend.

The bathroom was good But not very good as it did not have Separate soaps and little bottles of shower gel ..disappointed

When I arrived after long travel I found the very dark. The lamp was broken. The bed looked as though it was slept on. The bed had additional blankets laid on top of the mattress which I had to have removed. The food delivered to the room was incorrect. The kitchen staff didn't not understand what I wanted. Overall very poor experience for £223 . It was not a 5 star service and facility in what's supposed to be a 5 star hotel. I will write a review on TripAdvisor and Trustpilot.

Very Exceptional.

Everything, especially close location to Starbucks.

Just a little far from some main attractions but other than that everything was fantastic.

A wonderful place to stay in London within easy distance of all the main attractions.

Clean rooms, welcoming staff, interesting decor and a wonderful selection of food and drink. We all appreciated the exquisitely soft housecoats and towels.

The suite was prepared for two people. There were three people booked into the suite. This was rectified quickly and without fuss.

Cooles Hotel in Fussläufiger Nähe zu den klassischen Sehenswürdigkeiten

Schönes und "Fancy" Hilton Hotel in einer guten Gegend. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Grosse und saubere Zimmer. Top Frühstück. Zu Fuss haben wir in 1,5 Tagen alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erlebt. In der Nähe des Hotels Borough Market, London Brdige, Tower Bridge, Tower of London, Millenium Eye. Etwas weiter zu gehen dann zu Waterloo Bridge, Westminster, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace., St.Paul Cathedral, aber wer halbwegs Fit ist, braucht keine Metro oder den Bus. Ansonsten Bus und U Bahn nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt.

Das einzige war der Service in der Bar. Für einen Drink, wurden wir 3x nach der Zimmer Nr.gefragt um dann bei der Rechnung erst recht selbst die Nr.zu ergänzen. Des weiteren war der Barchef eher unhöflich. Aber das trübte nicht den Aufenthalt

Wonderful place

Absolutely smashing hotel. The staff are amazing. Great food very comfy very very clean. Close to tubes and everything. Tube is a five minute walk. There is a bar and restaurant on site. A perfect place for a London stay.

What a great bed!

One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, very similar to a Sofitel signature bed, plus appreciate the extra large size. Nice minimalist style. All the rest was what you’d expect from a 5* Hilton.

The hotel is a little off the beaten track, it always results in a 10 to 15 minute walk from a nearby tube station.

A lovely wedding anniversary stay

Our room was very nice and the bed was comfortable, we slept well. The bathroom was beautiful as was the shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole feel of the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was very tasty. We had a lovely plate with a cake and congratulations written on it for our wedding anniversary which really was the cherry on top of our stay.

I was surprised that there was no coffee machine in the room, most 4 and 5 star hotels have these. On one occasion I asked for fresh towels that never turned up.

Lage hervorragend Hotelangestellte alle sehr höflich und hilfsbereit Zimmer Bett wunderbar, sehr angenehm und ruhig

Ich mußte länger als geplant auf mein Zimmer warten über 30 Minuten auch nach 15 Uhr. Erst als ich nochmals an der Rezeption nachgefragt habe ging es sehr schnell. Alle waren jedoch sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr weit vom Aufzug entfernt gelegen. Ich mußte öfter ins Zimmer zurück und das war daher nicht so angenehm

Would definitely stay here again. I would give a rating of 9.5 if I could.

The staff made you feel special which is something we have found lacking in many comparative hotels. The breakfast was exceptional and the bed was so comfy. The shower was brilliant with gel, shampoo and conditioner available. Having a shave after a shower was easy because the mirror was heated and therefore did not mist up like they do in most hotels. Having a swimming pool was an added bonus.

Not much to be honest but being extra picky there was no water to drink in the pool/gym area (water bottle in gym was empty and the taps in the changing room were mixed so you could not pour out cold water). We only used the pool and gym once so if we had visited a second time we could have taken some bottled water from reception I'm sure.

Very comfortable stay in fantastic location.

The staff at check in were very friendly and we were given complimentary drinks while checking in. The room was lovely clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. Kettle and tea and coffee provided, and water and cola in the fridge. The pool was a lovely extra and I enjoyed a morning swim. Great location next to the Tate- lots of shops nearby and places to eat. Very happy with the stay and would return.

A few more teabags and coffee sachets in the room would have been good. I probably could have asked for more and sure they would have been provided.
