Enttäuschende Unterkunft

Die Lage ist hervorragend, man läuft in einer starken Minute zum Strand

Die meisten der schicken Bilder scheinen von der Privatwohnung der Vermieterin zu sein, das sogenannte Studio mit Balkon zumindest ist ein kleines, unrenoviertes Doppelzimmer, in das noch eine winzige Küchenzeile gequetscht wurde, die nahezu unbenutzbar ist. Der Wlan-Router wurde am zweiten Tag entfernt, womit man nur noch Zugriff auf ein extrem schwaches, dauernd ausfallendes Netzwerk hatte. Die Vermieterin ließ sich während der fünf Tage nur einmal zum bezahlen sehen und war ansonsten unsichtbar, was wir von unseren vielen anderen Kroatien-Urlauben nicht kannten, bei denen sich die Gastgeber ansonsten immer durch enorme Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit ausgezeichnet hatten.

Чисто, готовы заселить даже поздно ночью. Отличное расположение

Не удобная кровать, тем у кого есть проблемы со спиной лучше не ночевать на их матрасе. И на основных фото новые луксозные номера, а селят тебя в номер не много другого качества. Душевая для худых и низких людей, в шкафу не возможно сложить одежду нет полок, приходиться пользоваться комодом, что для основной одежды не очень удобно, а за платья вообще молчу.

The accomodation was passable, but would not recommend.

The apartment looks exactly like the photos and is pretty clean, except for the shower and walls.

The wifi was very weak, the shower doors were broken, the shower clogged there is a bees nest on the balcony, and the communication with the hosts was very difficult. In the kitchen there is no oil, coffee, or kettle and very little cutlery which makes using the kitchen even for serving breakfast very difficult.

Everything was great. The location is perfect, the view is incredible. The apartment is very clean. A three-minute walk to the sea. There are many cafes nearby with delicious food.

Exceptional

Our family loved the apartments. Everything was nice, clean, cozy and close to the sea. There was everything you need, dishes, towels, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, a place to cook and stable internet. Everything we asked for, the owner gave us everything. We liked the owner very much. I recommend to everyone and next time in Croatia we will only come to these apartments. We are very satisfied.

House was comfy. Had everything ready. Host Marija is so cool and friendly. I would definitely go back again. Location is so close to a pretty beach and lots.of grocery stores around.

Property didn’t resemble any pictures on website. Plugs, lights didn’t work. Wifi didn’t work. Could only pay cash and wasn’t made aware of this. Property in need of repair and decoration

People was nice and they welcomed us. Location was good, close to the beach and Kastel Stari is a lovely town

We couldn't cook and the fridge didn't work the last 2 days due to electricity problems that were not solved. We had to through some the food we bought

Apartment is few steps away from the beach and all amenities,great location, and majority of it was clean enough. Super comfy bed and amazing views - sunsets are something else there .

The host became non responsive for whichever reason after learning I'm Croatian, when it was super responsive on other occasion speaking to my partner (whose name is clearly foreign) . I've texted 5 times asking where the key will be left since my flight was arriving late in the evening, and got no answer, not to mention info. Arrived to property after midnight without info if I'm allowed to let myself in,tried to text and ring again but no answer ,so went up to the 3rd floor (no elevator, which was not highlighted in property details either) ,only to find a key left in one of the doors from outside so had to knock and open the door slowly to see if that's what I've booked ,praying no one will be asleep behind those door. Embarrassing experience and not good start of the holiday at all. Never in my 18 years of travelling did I experience something like that. At one point host did say there will be someone waiting for me to arrive despite the time ,but there was no one to be seen or heard. I did indeed get a text 1hour before I was supposed to leave with directions where to leave the key - I left 3hours before that. There was no coffee, wine opener nor wine glasses in apartment (which is bare minimum nowadays) and I had to ask for each thing separately- they said they don't offer coffee , and when I asked for wine opener -I was kinda hoping they will get a hint and offer wine glasses- that didn't happen ,so asked for them an hour later. Sponge and cloth to wash dishes were obviously used quite a bit and left in the press under the sink ,I didn't dare to touch them honestly, not to mention wash dishes that I eat from. It's advertised that it has laundry washing included, but washing machine is outside of apartment and you have to go out and buy your own detergent if you want to do 1 wash . Beach umbrella on the balcony was broken and tied up with plastic bag.

We liked the location, which was close to the sea. Separated waste, very nice garden.

All the photos on the website are probably from larger apartments. We were accommodated in the smaller one, the photos of which you will not find on the website. We would really appreciate the "little things" - clean towels on the bed, two spoons instead of one. There is room for improvement :) But otherwise, the accommodation was neat, clean...and the garden was very nicely arranged.

The hosts are friendly and helpful. The property is compact but suits a business traveller or couple well. I had a room with a nice balcony.

Nice terrace on the our second floor. Very close to the beach and most cafes and restaurants.
