Pleasant hotel with friendly staff.

Clean, and the receptionist kindly upgraded us to a bigger room. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast good.

The decor was a bit depressing if I’m honest and it just didn’t feel five star. The room service food was really good - especially the bouef Bourguignon- but including a bottle of wine and two mozzarella salads it came to 130 euros which I thought was very steep for what it was.

Horrible hotel. Misleading market. Bad value.

Thé bed was comfortable.

The photos on thé site representing the category of room I chose where vastly superior to the small, dark, badly appointed brown room we were given. After bringing this to the hotel’s attention, they firstly ignored my comments, then became agressive and sarcastic and told me the hotel was full and the photos were irrelevant as all rooms different. They could have relocated us. Being winter, out of season, not the weekend and no visible guests made it hard to believe. Especially as Booking were still showing availability in each room category. Hi They then changed the photos of room category after I left. Since we were arriving late and leaving early I had hesitated paying 300€ for a few hours in Toulouse and very mediocre breakfast. I decided despite the many cheaper available hotels nearby to treat us to be bit of luxury. Well a total waste of money and completely unpleasant experience. Zero luxury is offered here and the usual attitude of the client is always wrong which only comes from hotels in steep decline.

Le personnel est trés agréable, professionnel et attentionné, bravo et merci à eux, nous avons été exellemment bien reçus. L'établissement est somptueux : notre chambre etait spatieuse, tres belle, confortable et bien équipée. Le petit dejeuné etait aussi de grande qualité : beaucoup de choix et tout etait bon, nous nous sommes régalés.

We only stayed for a night however the elegant finishes in our generous sized suite was a good choice for our visit

The elegant hotel is perfectly situated on a quiet street in an enchanting quarter close to historic sites, shopping and dining.

Generally the hotel could use a deep clean and paint. It’s tired!

central location, good facilities and the concierge staff were super friendly and helpful

a bit stuffy for a family and the breakfast could have been better for such a high end hotel. fully priced also!
