just about ok for one night

it is a nicely decorated room, bath and toilet functional

it is a room of an apartment, be aware, there are 3 rooms one to another and a joined kitchen with basic stuff to get along, so no hotel rather a B&B in a residential apartment complex

Personel was very kindly, they answered for every my questions very quickly. Location is very beautiful and prices were lower than I expected :) Best regards for the personel ! :)

Overall found the apartment very good.

The administrator (Jessica) offered a reasonable rate and access for a shuttle from and to the airport. I like the distance from the sporting center and to the Lido Station. I followed the bus stops to walk to the station without assistance as it is difficult to find/understand addresses.

I should have found out more about where the shuttle driver would be at the airport. He waited for 2 hours before leaving and I walked up and down the taxi and shuttle stops for 2 hours before deciding to catch a bus to Station de Lido and taking a cab from the taxi cab office at the station. I Also appreciated that Jessica was willing to arrange a time to ensure that I could access the apartment. Unfortunately, I was unable to use my phone unless I was attached to a wifi. As such I wouldn't have been able to have called her when I got to the address. The patio facing toward the beachview was impressive.

Location to beach and Metro were excellent. Beautiful large balcony to enjoy sea breeze. Rossana, the property manager, was fabulous. She helped organised shuttle transport to/from airport, and offered local knowledge. As our flight put of Rome was in the evening, Rossana accommodated us with late check out and baggage storage. She was happy to help and responded to text messages promptly and kindly. Shuttle bus drivers were helpful, especially with assisting my mother and her sprained ankle.

Bed was uneven and bedlinen was low quality.

Convenient stepping stone from Rome for an early flight out.

The location was good and we had a very pleasant walk down to the beach and to eat pizza nearby. The hostess did arrange for limo services to the airport which was very helpful.

The check-in process was not timely. The point of contact was off-premises and we had to rush our time in Rome to accommodate their “office hours”. Then we still had to wait 20 minutes by the front gate to gain access. I would have appreciated access to more bottled water, even if we had to pay extra for this. The property was advertised more as a hotel than an air-BNB, which is fine, but this arrangement should be made apparent so that “hotel” like services are not expected.

Super clean and modern, perfect base for a holiday, I was there for a sports even and was just the thing to come back to and rest

I can say that the room was very clean and comfortable.

I arrived in the evening to an employee of the space waiting outside to let me in. He showed me into the building, took me to the room, gave me the key and left. There was no one at the location overseeing anything, I had no idea if there were other guests or how many...it was just an uncomfortable situation and did not feel entirely safe. The "breakfast" which was included was a basket of boxed cookies/croissants wrapped in plastic. I had needed to find a place to stay at the last minute, so I suppose that it was fine, but I would not go back.

Everything was great!

Great for short stay! Very clean, and room has everything you need. 5 min walk to public (free) or private beach (€7,50 for 1 bed). Breakfast contains only packed sweet cakes and croissants, but it’s better than no breakfast (:

Very helpful and kind host, if you are looking for something close to the sea, consider this hotel.

Plenty of options to choose for breakfast, very good coffee, I really liked the window shades. Quiet rooms. Location is near both to the beaches and to the Stella Polare train station.
