Dissapointed

The hotel enterior was looking very nice.

Breakfast was poor, and the coffee machine broke down so we couldn't have a coffee. Spa had space only for 10 people at the time, even though capacity of the hotel was huge and also they were letting in the people from the outside to the spa. We couldn't get in the whole day, just 20 minutes before closing. The pool water was cold. Turkish bathroom wasn't operational. There is a busy road right in front of the hotel, so it wasn't a peaceful sleep. Electricity in the whole hotel has shut down in the middle of the night for one hour, then when it came back on at around 01:00am all lights went on, it was impossible to sleep. They force you to buy bathing cap on the entrance of the spa which is the hidden cost not mentioned anywhere on the booking. Com. It costs 350 denars per person. No one actually wore a cap inside. The bathroom door could not close. There is no soap dispenser in the room, so its not very hygienic. My husband came before me to check in, and they didn't let him into the room until I came, even though he showed them a screenshot of the booking confirmation on the phone. When we asked receptionist to book us a dinner in the city, or to recommend the place, he said I can hardly get you anywhere, but we called on our own and booked the restaurant easy. When we came to the breakfast the waitress said our names are already crossed even though we just woke up and came downstairs. We wanted coctails in the bar but the waitor said the bar lady doesn't know to make coctails. All in all it was completely dissapointing.

Big comfortable room with coffee kit and free water bottle. Good breakfast lots of choice. Excellent Spa centre. Great stylish design of the hotel and the rooms. Lots of Tv channels

Toiletries were missing a shower gel, they only included shampoo snd soap. No moisturizers neither.

Everything was great at this hotel. The staff were always friendly and consistently making sure i was comfortable. Exellent food. I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in Aleksandar Palace. Highly recommended.

Peaceful business hotel outside the city center.

I like the comfortable bed and the spaciousness of the room. The staff is excellent, always at your service. Wifi and internet connection is solid.

The spa is still closed. Too few power sockets in the room.

Great stay at AP

Excellent hotel with excellent location. The staff is very courteous and friendly. From the check-in, the receptionist Vlatko gives us a warm welcome. At the restaurant, the waiter Dalibor was superb. The next day was also a lovely experience. From the reception throughout the restaurant and housekeeping.

Even though the hotel is a 5-star property, i believe it is a bit dated compared with the competitors in Skopje. Otherwise, the rest is great.
