300 euros deposit must be paid cash and will be returned via bank transfer, don't understand why.

Tolles Appartement in ruhiger Lage in einer sonst sehr belebten Stadt. Perfekt für Kurztrips.

Das Appartement ist unglaublich schön mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Der Balkon ist super groß und bietet sogar ein wenig Meerblick. Die Lage ist etwas vom Strand entfernt, der Fußweg ist aber erträglich wenn er auch steil bergauf bzw ab geht. Ein bisschen Bewegung schadet nicht. Zu Fuß zur Promenade sind es gemütlich 15min. Die Ausstattung ist ebenso umfangreich. Teller, Tassen, Haartrockner - im Grunde alles da. Einzig Duschgeld und eigenes Shampoo wäre gut. Die beiden Zimmer liegen perfekt auseinander, sodass man voneinander nicht viel mitbekommt.

Secure deposit was collected by cash, but when it was returned after checking out, we needed to pay high transection fee.

Very nice holiday apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a comfy stay. Lovely community swimming pool. Beautiful view from the balcony.

The apartment looks big on advert pictures actually the apartment is a bit smaller. It is okay for a family of 3-4.

We spent a very good time in the Avitan apartamento. It’s very spacious, light and fully furnished. The appartement has fast internet, comfortable beds and a good shower. From the balcony you can enjoy a nice view. The host provided very good recommendations and was flexible with check out. If you are with a car it’s convenient to park it in the garage. We fully recommend this appartement.

First of all apartment is very spacious with a lot of space to keep your stuff also the apartment is fully equipped, you will have a coffee maker and even beach towels! We really enjoyed spending our evenings in a terrace, it’s a super cozy place to have breakfast, dinner or just a cup of coffee. Apartment has a very unique style, every modern boho style element and decoration makes you feel relaxed. It truly feels like a holiday home. I saw that some people took cabs to home, because apartament is a little bit up to hill, but we are quite active and even with two little kids didn’t find it too hard to walk from beach to apartment by foot. Down the street you can find a small shop, where you can find all necessary things, down the hill there is a large grocery shop. The best thing for us was that apartment is still not to far away from the beach, but further from noisy streets/restaurants/bars, so we got a very good night sleep. You can also rent a space for your car which is in a garage it gets very convenient because at the evening you can’t really find a free space for a car on the street. In conclusion it is a very cozy and beautiful apartment in a great location. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Didnt like the Location, steep hill to climb, approx. 25 minutes walk to beachfront, requires taxi especially at night. Only one settee in living room for 4 adults.

WOW WOW WOW!!!!

The apartment is stunning!! they have thought of every detail and cater for everything. beach towels are ready for you, the decor is so on point, the shower is amazing! the beds are comfortable. I can’t rate this apartment enough!!!! 10/10,🙏🏻 it was a 10 min walk to the beach. it is on a hill so we used to get a cab back which was only 3.50 euros. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. I generally will always book a 5* hotel and I would not hesitate booking this again. well done Apartment Avitan 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Best apartment that I’ve been

The place was really close to shops , taxi, rental vehicle or scooters , We had a nice view as well ! Inside the apartment everything is clean and all utilities are new technologies ! Very big rooms and nice living room ! Pool very big and the view from the pool incredible! I recommend this place 100% Thank you Loft Avitan !
