Personnel adorable dans un hôtel propre et près de toutes commidités

Le personnel était particulièrement adorable et avenant. Notre petite kitchenette, que nous ne pensions pas utiliser, nous a été d’une grande utilité car le soir nous étions bien contents de pouvoir cuisiner notre petit repas avant de se reposer. L’hôtel est relativement bien situé, cela nous a permis de découvrir le petit marché en face et de nous balader dans saint pierre. Tout était très propre.

Bel hôtel mais séjour moyen.

La rapidité de l’enregistrement à l’arrivée. Le parking accessible à toute heure et l’accueil.

Les traces de moisissures dans la salle de bains, la vue sur les immeubles en face, le bruit venant de la piscine assez tôt le matin.

Super séjour très confortable

La propreté et confort de la chambre d'hôtel, seul bémol est des travaux à côté qui font du bruit au matin avant 8h .... Le parking gratuit à disposition ce fut génial. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent notamment leur tartare de thon 😊

Propreté impeccable de la chambre et séjour très agréable

Tout d'abord l'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, car il est en plein centre de Saint-Pierre et l'hôtel dispose d'un parking dont le prix est inclus dans celui du séjour. Ce qui fait que pour découvrir les alentours de Saint-Pierre, on peut le faire tranquillement à pied. Ma chambre était spacieuse et très propre ! Ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Le personnel de l'hôtel était également très compétent et accueillant.

Los trabajadores muy detallistas, cama muy cómoda, habitación muy limpia, en general todo muy bien

El parking solo tiene 30 plazas, con lo cual nos tocó aparcar el coche fuera, al lado de varios indigentes que duermen y se emborrachan a los alrededores del hotel por la noche. Además ocupaban 2 de las 30 plazas con coches de empresa del hotel. Supuestamente te avisan de que el parking solo tiene 30 plazas via email, pero yo no vi nada, y otra pareja que aparcaron al lado mio en la calle me dijeron que ellos tampoco sabían que había solo 30 plazas

La situation géographique dans le centre ville et proche de la plage.

La chambre donnait sur la rue , extrêmement bruyante ( travaux et circulation ) . Nous sommes restés 8 nuits et avons demandé à changer.. changement refusé ... 30 € en sup / nuit puis 20 € etc... .alors que l'hôtel n'était pas complet N'oubliez pas votre bombe anti fourmis !! nous en avons tué des centaines !!

Relaxing, comfortable, memorable, enjoyable, nothing not to like.

The hotel has a pleasant laid back feel to it, not too busy, not too quiet, a pleasant ambience overall. We were upgraded FoC (thank you St Pierre management), to a courtyard studio as, on the mountain side we had booked, there is now a building being built, so the view will need a new name! Two week stay, so having the facilities of a studio (fridge, two hob cooker, microwave) meant we could vary eating out with cooking local produce for the odd quiet night in. Room itself was as you’d expect at the price; shower excellent, bed comfy, linen good. Housekeeping was spot on, bar staff friendly, reception very professional (good English spoken), thank you team. So, it’s a thumbs up from us!

Chairs on the terrace could do with being a bit more comfy and cooking equipment a bit limited.

Modern hotel located in centre of down with large bright airy rooms. Has everything you want at a fair price. Despite the busy central location the rooms are quiet. Excellent shower. Unusually good internet.

Great location, helpful staff, comfy room.

I had a suite I think--booked because it was all that was available due to a once-a-year race starting the night I left. My room was a large space with a double bed, large closet, large bathroom. There were two outside areas: one with a table/chairs and two lounge chairs, and one with a kitchenette (small fridge, cooktop). The staff were nice and with my appalling french were very helpful answering my questions! The parking is gated and though a smidge tight, was easily navigated. There is construction going on next door, but they stopped work around 1630 so it was nice and quite when it needed to be! it's only a few blocks from the beach, near to shops, etc.

Vegetarian options at the restaurant were almost non-existent (but that's a problem with most French locations in general). And the rain showerhead needs to be de-mineralized so it has better flow, but it was still awesome and since there was an alterative showerhead, it wasn't a huge issue.

Great central hotel

Awesome position in the center of Saint Pierre,free garage included.the room was spacious,clean and had all anemnities.it slso had a spacious terrace woth a great city view.absolutely recommandable!

Well my fourth stay over there first time i wasn't,satisfy

Well the director of the hôtel...trying to make her best for her clients.

Well ..the restaurant was closed for resident and the Pool was on maintenance...two important facts ..why i was dissapointed.

Excellent hotel location but..

Hotel location in the city centre, close to shops and restaurants. Offer of a free breakfast on the last day following reporting the housekeeping incident. Comfortable room with good amenities. Staff proactivity regarding information request.

Poor clleanliness on bathroom floor as found a bunch of hair. Mixed information from reception about breakfast amenities (one said savoury choices available whereas sweet selection was the only choice).

Excellent choice for Saint Pierre

Very modern, clean and nice rooms, especially the bathrooms. Furthermore, useful kitchen facilities were offered on the terrace. Coffee/tea was offered for free in the room and WiFi was very reliable. We liked the hotel's philosophy to save energy and resources. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere in the lobby is very nice. Parking was free in hotel garage.
