La peor experiencia, perdi unh tour por culpa de este alojameinto, piden deposito de 200 euros

La peor experiencia, no me pude hospedar en el hotel a pesar de que pague meses antes, me mandaron un mensaje que debia pagar un deposito de 200 euros, nunca en todo el tiempo que llevo viajando por el mundo me paso algo asi, la comunicacion pesima, la atencion au peor, sigo en espera que booking me resuelva la devolucion de este lugar, El check in se hace en otra ubicacion diferente al hotel, todo mal con este lugar. Ojala los saquen de la plataforma.

So-so stay. This was our second visit in 5 years, and probably won't return

Location was good for the metro and local eateries

Lack of on-site staff (they were remote, around 1km away). Access involved passing through a small door (about 1m tall), and up several flights of stairs, which were not illuminated until night-time. My wife lost her footing in the half-light on one occasion, and injured herself

It was good, but only good thanks to location.

Location and quick check-in.

The sink was clogged and had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, and when I contacted the facility to help resolve the problem, I was left with no response. There is no kitchen or kettle nearby.

they are very unprofessional. rooms aren’t very clean. they claim they do cleaning every day but that didn’t happen. sink was clogged. bathroom stinks as hell due to the poor maintenance. you should be very careful for check in after 21:00 because they will charge you 120€.

No value for money. Very disappointing..

The location. The size of the room.

Be aware that you have to collect the room key at an agency located in a little street in town. Not convenient whit your travel bags! Very unfriendly staff! Luggage drop-off is possible at the agency at a fee (that they are ready to wave against a good review!) Not B&B. Room infested with mosquitoes. AC wasn't working well.

Ok place, very average. Does the Job

The room was large and had basic facilities that you need. The guesthouse is in a great location, central and near to everything you need! Staff tried to be as helpful as possible, that was greatly appreciated!

Sadly there were multiple negatives! First of all , you have to go to a location to pick up the key which is 15 minute walk away from the room. So imagine you have landed, arrived at this location, you get the key and now you have to walk 15 mins to the apartment! Terrible! Just make sure that you are aware of that before you book. This isnt a hotel, it is a guest house with extremely basic facilities. No kettle, drinks etc.

Excellent location in central Naples

The best assets were the room's excellent location, and its spacious size. Situated on Piazza Dante (over which it enjoys a great view), the room is a couple of blocks away from Spaccanapoli, the city's main drag, and at the top of Via Toledo which leads all the way down to the Royal Palace. It's within walking distance of most of the main sights in the city, and surrounded by some great cafes and restaurants.

There were a number of small or petty things, which on their own wouldn't have mattered, but put together they made a difference. Things like the light over the sink not working, the shower draining slowly, no stopper on the sink, flimsy or broken towel/clothes hooks, and no extra power sockets in the room. Just a bit of maintenance would go a long way to bringing the room to a better quality standard. The reception was situated some distance away from the room (and the pavements of Naples are NOT designed for pulling suitcases), and tends to get slow and crowded at check-in times.

They still haven't refund the deposit (EUR200) to me

Until today(19/4), they still haven't refunded me the EUR200 deposit that they claimed to be refunded within 14 days after check-out (I checked out on 24/3). 1. The check-in point is in a different location from the hotel itself. Guests were asked to stand and wait outside the door 'because of Covid restrictions', which I didn't have in any other places. They asked for a EUR200 deposit 'in case guests broke anything in the room'. I told them I have a Visa card which has Euros currency and has been no problem paying in Italy at all - The staff refused to even try this card as she insisted 'debit' is written on my card. Then I gave them my American Express card, and they rejected it as well and asked me to stand outside the door while they called their manager. 3. After waiting, they told me my AMEX card was okay, it was because their staff used the wrong machine to try my card. Later I found out I got charged an extra £5 fee on my AMEX card due to foreign currency. Also usually, when hotels charged for a deposit, they won't really charge it on the card, it will only show 'pending'. But this hotel really took the money. And I'm not sure if they will refund me the £5 fee which was their fault to cause this fee. 6. The communication was rude always. Every time I had a question, the response was always 'Have you read our instructions?' I booked this hotel in a rush and I regret it so so much because I read their reviews and response to customers later, and they always came back with 'it's not our fault'. 7. They sent a 'proof', which is only a document with my original receipt for this deposit on 23/3. They claimed this is the proof that they released the refund. I contacted AMEX, they told me there is nothing from them. The document didn't show any details of WHEN did they make this refund.

Superb

Great place to stay for a couple of days. The apartment is located nearby the metro station. It's fast to go for the most known pizza restaurants in Napoli.

Everything was great except the shower mixer tap which needs to be fixed. It's loose on the screws.

great place, great location!

location was excellent, right in the Historic Centre, close to shops, restaurants, cafes and attractions. the room was big and clean, good shower, bed was very comfortable. you could hear a little bit of noise from the square, but as soon as the windows and shutters were closed, I had good nights sleep.

the only thing I did not like was that o got the only room without a balcony. nothing else was bad.

the room was pretty clean. It is at a good location.

To get the keys we had to travel 15 mins from the room. They didn’t tell you exactly where the room is and Google maps doesn’t even bring you to the right place. When you try to communicate with them, they were super rude on the phone and they do not understand English. The walls were not sound proof and you can hear everything that happening outside. The bathroom door you have to almost kick it to open it. The shower door didn’t close properly which was annoying to take a shower as it kept moving.

Love this place!

I really recommend this place. The room is clean and big. Also the price is affordable. Plus, their faculty is so kind and polite! They also offer shuttle car from airport to their reception (min for 2 people), which is realy worthy for who needs to leave your luggage. Because they offer free luggage deposit if you book the shuttle car.

Best location. Great Service

The location is fantastic, the room is bright and spacious, bathroom also very good size.

There is a bit of a smell in the bathroom, but if you close the door it doesn’t disturb. I think it is related to the plumbing system in the building.

Exceptional

I had the pleasure to know Domenica the receptionist,also I met her at 21:10 and the check in was about at 21:00 , she was waiting for me after the working hours, That's its sign of professional character, And she was so professional and kindly with me I recommend to meet and speak with her about the trip Unfortunately the room wasn't not comfortable, only for one small reason, the Internet signal wasn't spread out enough in the room

When we booked the place, nowhere it says I need to get the key from a different place which is quite far. Only after we checked out, it stated we need to get the key from a different place. We immediately tried to cancel it but was told that this was stated before the final booking. So we tried to book a room with a different date. We carefully went through each step and no where it says we need to get the key in a different place.

Good location, terrible beds

We liked the location of the facilities. However, it does not really matter because we had to take the key in a completely different building, 20 minutes away from the apartment. Later we found out that at the moment of our arrival at the apartment there were some staff, I don't understand why we could not take the key at the apartment already and save us some time.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the spirals were almost completely out of the mattress – it was very hard to fall asleep. Moreover, someone got robbed at another room and there was a huge drama with police in the corridor, lasting from 12 AM to 2 AM right in front of our door (until we complained about the noise). Finally, the hot water boiler did not provide enough hot water to shower for two people (back to back).

The room was very spacious and clean, in just the perfect location. The check in process was fast and easy, Domenica was very helpful and friendly. Strongly recommended.

Avoid this place

I have never been somewhere that requires you to walk 15 minutes to collect the keys. This was not clear and we only realised when we reached the property after carrying bags. Ridiculous. The drains in the bathroom smelled like sewerage evertime I ran the tap.
