Good location in Arroyo Frio. Spacious for 3 adults. Good price
The host was a little too laid back. We messaged ahead to notify arrival time. She wasn't there at the agreed time, though arrived quickly after being phoned. She opened the property then disappeared immediately without telling us anything about the property. It then turned out there was a water leak which dripped all night in the wardrobe of one bedroom (which the host clearly knew about already as there was a bucket under it but had said nothing) and we had a problem turning on the gas stove (whose workings weren't exactly obvious). However, after being texted a man did arrive promptly and fixed both problems. Small irritations which could have been avoided if the host had spent 2 mins with us on arrival explaining things.
