Qué está frente a la marina,

Al comprar por Booking no se distinguen las diferentes opciones de habitaciones y departamentos, la alberca es pequeña, el olor a mariscos del restaurante, es intensa en áreas del hotel, los muebles y colores son muy extravagantes o coloridos

Beautiful setting on the marina. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Very nice restaurant attached. Room is very spacious with a comfortable veranda to watch the beautiful sunsets

I would strongly recommend you consider other properties

the property is located in the marina . there is construction all around making it difficult to navigate in/ out of property

DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked my family at this property thru booking .com. I paid premium for a 2 bedroom suite knowing that my party may increase . I listed 2 adults and 2 children . it was actually 4 adults . according to the contract booking.com has with the property owner , 4 persons are allowed regardless if they are adults or children . this was not honored and I was charged premium for the adults . booking is honoring their policy and reimbursing the addtl cost . the property owner was not accommodating whatever , difficult to deal with and lacked the hospitality we expect . I own a restaurant company and fully understand we make every effort to accommodate the guest . the vulture at this property is unacceptable . everyone has to wear a wrist band . no one is allowed to visit the rooms even if it’s just to help with luggage etc…, very unfriendly staff . for such a small boutique hotel, this place is comical . there are multiple other options in nueva Nayarit that are far more accommodating and hospitable . I personally decided to book another place nearby while allowing my family to stay at this property . ( owner would not cancel w/o fully charging me ) . in summary , my family felt unwelcome and very disappointed.

Very good

Rooms were spacious and so quiet at night. Easy walk to the beach and the malecon is right outside. Onsite restaurant is excellent and front desk staff were really helpful. It was a quick drive to the airport too

Just one thing... mattresses are very firm and others have said this too. Perhaps they could provide padded mattress covers as an option.

the bed was too hard for me. that was the only thing I didn't like. the property was gorgeous. Also that we could not have friends over for a drink on our deck.

Great location great staff amenities could be much improved.

We like the location as it is central and within walking distance of several restaurants! The staff was great as well! The views out to the harbor make for a pleasant and peaceful stay.

The furniture could use some updating - couches and chairs were very tired - dirty to be exact. In addition the kitchen amenities especially silverware could be improved. One particular item was that we were asked NOT to dispose of toilet paper but to place in garbage - which to us felt a bit unsanitary overall.

Swimming pool size and hours where terrible . Also no drinks allowed in the pool. The hotel charges for drinking water, slippers ,coffee in the room and no breakfast . Rather than that it was good.

My stay was great!

This is a wonderful boutique hotel that is clean, comfortable and convenient. The beach is very close as well and there is an amazing restaurant on site. Most importantly was the great and responsive hospitality from the staff. They are really great! I hope to return again and I definitely recommend.

Enjoyed our stay

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were a good size with a large bathroom. Small pool warm pool was a bonus. The attached coffee shop was a nice touch. The attached restaurant offers a 10% dinner discount.

It was advertised that they offer continental breakfast but they told me this stopped a while back. It needs to be removed from the listing.

We didnt want to leave and would love to return.

The view over the marina was fantastic and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We found the location convenient for the beach and a variety of restaurants. Room service breakfast was quick and tasty.

We wish the pool had been bigger. Otherwise nothing to note. We really enjoyed out stay.

Only 1 small tv in living room in front of a noisy air conditioner. Very poor cable. No smoke alarms, no deadbolt . No tv’s in the 2 bedrms.

I'm in love with this hotel and it's location! The views were amazing, the staff was excellent. I ordered room service several time and the food was delicious! I can't wait to come back.
