Great value for money and rooms are really comfy! Taj view is a plus plus plus!

View of the Taj Mahal was the key! Room was even better than expected. Clean, well maintained, great decor. It was really close to the Taj Mahal and that allowed me to have ample time to come back to the hotel for breakfast after the sunrise tour, and check out before heading out to the Agra Fort.

The reception was a mess and the staff looks flustered. The common spaces (corridor, upper floors) smells musty and could be maintained better.

Overall the stay in the hotel was good including the food. Even the location was idle for our travel

Wonderful hotel in a great location

The hotel is clean and wonderfully maintained. Our room was comfortable and the food selection at breakfast and dinner was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. They helped us organise a tour of the Taj Mahal and our transport to the train station (plus generally being happy to help with any questions we had about sightseeing etc.). The new Agra Metro is directly outside the hotel and is a great way to access the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort without having to deal with traffic (also very easy to use).

Our stay was really great, but our only comment here would be that at times during the breakfast/dinner service the staff were perhaps too attentive (e.g. multiple people asking the same question, coming over very frequently when trying to eat).

Brilliant stay, great breakfast!

The room was clean, spacious and designed well. Bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The partial view of the Taj was an added bonus. The breakfast that was included was amazing and had a huge variety of choices. Staff were couteous and lovely too. Highly recommend!

Wish we stayed somewhere else

Breakfast was nice, particularly the guy making fresh dosas

Staff were incredibly pushy and in your face looking for tips - until you actually need them to help, at which point they quickly found excuses to go find other guests to annoy. The gym/fitness centre was terrible, most machines were broken and random staff members would just stand there and watch you working out - very uncomfortable! The lights in the room are all controlled by one switch - if you want to go to the bathroom at night you either have to go in full dark or have all the lights in the room turned on full. Location is on a big noisy road.

We could see the Taj Mahal from our window

The location of the hotel was very good, we went to the Taj Mahal walking. The breakfast was excellent; lots of options for everyone. Our room was comfortable and spacious. We had a view of the city and could see the Taj Mahal from our window, and added bonus. The hotel pool on the rooftop is great. The rooftop restaurant has good options at reasonable prices.

Our hot water kettle in our room was broken, so I explained that and ordered a coffee. The hotel wanted to charge me around the equivalent of $6 for it, not taking into account the situation. I thought that was inhospitable. I don't think the buffet restaurant is well managed. I'm not sure what the solution is, but breakfast was a madhouse, and the one time we had dinner there, we felt we were being rushed to eat and leave so our table could be used. People don't want to eat and run when they are on vacation, they want to relax. In my opinion, paying for the dinner buffet is not worth the headache or the price.

Room confortable and clean. Staff very nice and helpfull. They kept us the luggage and we were able to use the facilities of the hotel after check out. They also helped us to arrange a taxi that inclusive waited with us until the bus arrived.

great, clean hotel with European 4 star standards

good location close to Taj Mahal, cleanness, rooftop bar and the very nice concierge who has organized our day and trip and made our trip very pleasant- would happily return

- noise in the room, our suite room was located just under the swimming pool, so from 8am-6pm the room is noisy from the pool cleaning engine - way too many staff members going around you wanting to get a tip for not necessary services, that is overwhelming

Breakfast amount was charged way too high as mentioned in the booking.com Also the items kept in the room was not mentioned as it is chargeable.

Expensive for what it offers

Very good service while staying there. The food was nice too.

The hotel doesn’t seem to have been kept up properly. The bathrooms smell quite badly, and if you leave the door open, the whole room smells too. You can see the carpets are old and look quite dirty. Also, the good customer service stops once you leave the hotel. We forgot a bag there in the chaos of leaving and it was extremely difficult to get any sort of information or assistance from them.

Good but Not recommend for leisure stay

Location and room size, bathroom condition.

Check in process was terrible. Bed mattresses has shrinkage over 40-50%, difficult to breathe while sleeping. Restaurant staff is attentive towards special category of guests only, not towards all. No resolution of issue on spot. This much space is not enough to explain the issues. Mailed to GM of the hotel. Hope will get response accordingly. Suggestions for other : Do check twice if you have other options.

it was a pleasant stay close to Taj Mahal, nothing major to complain about

It helped us accommodate 3adults and 1 kid in single room. The room was ready when we reached with all requirements we had specified. clean and neat hotel.

The property seems a little old and a little more maintenance would do. for example, the fittings were rusted, one of the paintings from our room was torn.

Room is great and breakfast is great!

I chose the hotel because it claims that we can see the Taj mahal view - but actually it is not that obvious, there are building and constructions around so, the view is not that as beautiful as it shows on the hotel's pictures.

disgracefully bad, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

absolutely nothing - to anyone reading this, please avoid this hotel at all costs

where to start? - we were initially put into a room below the bar, which was so loud we couldn’t sleep - we were then moved to a room which was even louder from the bars opposite; our glass of water on the bedside table was shaking from the bass - we were finally put into a room where we could still hear music, but it was the best of 3 bad options - our key didn’t work for any of these 3 rooms, despite numerous trips to the front desk - check in was a mess, we queued for 15 minutes before being rudely spoken to by front desk - all of the rooms smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, so did all of our clothes after spending one night there - the bins weren’t emptied from the guests before - we were promised we could change currency at the front desk in the morning… of course come morning, we were told by somebody else we couldn’t - breakfast was average to poor, both the food and service

Welcoming staff but a very tired and damp room, the photos do not reflect the reality of the hotel.

Staff were lovely

The room was very tired and extremely damp (mould smelling). The bedsheets felt damp when we returned home and it didn’t feel healthy to stay in a damp room.

Recommended to all. Stunning views of Taj Mahal from the Rooftop pool.

Very modern & clean hotel with fast efficient service. Thank you to Heena on reception for sorting room & Suchan for looking at AC issue & management (Hemant & others) in giving a great service as required. Priya is a huge smiley asset in the restaurant 😃& Badal was so helpful. Have recommended to our tour operator. Thank you.
