There are a other options in the area that are much better for the same money.

Close to Sinbi Muay Thai

Uncomfortable bed, not very friendly staff and the towels looked like they are over a decade old.

If you need a great hotel close to all the major amenities in Rawai, this is My top choice!

The Hotel is in a perfect position in Rawai, close to all amenities / Restaurants/ 7 Eleven and local Gyms. The staff are friendly and helpful and Tim is an excellent host who is happy to help with anything! We would stay again!

Perfect

Stayed here while training muay Thai at Sinbi gym. Only 5 mins stroll away and about a minute on a scooter. Seen some reviews saying about the place being unclean and the rooms needing to be refurbished. I can confirm that this is not the case now. The hotel has clearly been renovated recently and while I was there more updates were happening still. One thing that was updated during my stay was the mattresses in the apartment rooms. This made my stay so much more pleasant. Very expensive luxury mattresses in all the bigger rooms now and they really are comfy 👍 Also the hotel is constantly being kept clean. My room was clean on arrival, cleaned every single day including Sunday and the hotel was undergoing a deep clean while I was there too. If it had become dirty at some point as some reviews say it really isn't that way now. Cheap bike rental Nice pool Nice and quiet Tim the manager was always happy to help.

Nothing to not like really. Food options might have been nice. If the hotel ever gets a full restaurant it'll only make the place better. Plenty of places near by though

It is what it is.

Located on a quiet street. Friendly staff. Good value motor bike rentals. Good air conditioning in room. Room cleaned every day.

Bad plumbing in the shower made it impossible to turn off the water completely. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Towels supplied were so old and hard.

Dear owners, renovate the rooms if you are so overpriced for your property.

The staff is friendly and try to help in any way they can.

Value for money is overpriced by 3 times. Main thing I didn't like: 1) Rooms need renovation 2) The rooms are constantly damp and musty 3) All furniture and kitchen appliances are in poor condition. Burnt sofa and bad mattress. 4) Neighbors constantly smoke, because of this, it feels like you are in a hostal 5) Bed linen comes with holes 6) The layout of the room when the bathroom and toilet are in the middle of the living space raises a question for the architect: Why? You will have constant moisture spreading throughout the room from the bathroom. And the bath does not dry out after use. 7) In the bathroom, a water mixer is a different story. You need to pass the quest to understand how to use it 8) The street is located at a distance from the main road, but noisy bikes of local residents often ride We do not recommend this accommodation.

Huge cockroaches in hotel!

Quite place. Not bad location.

We booked for a week, but stayed only 1 night. Because room and hotel is very dirty. There are huge cockroaches in the rooms, we killed one. Room smells very bad. We asked hotel to refund money for rest night, but they didn’t refund even a part. We left despite the fact that we lost money, because this hotel one of the worst I’ve ever been.

Nice place to spend several days in Phuket

Amazing staff who are friendly and willing to help. Everything went smoothly.

I travelled in a high season, so the place was a bit overpriced. Also the property isn't new which is noticeable as some minor defects about the room

Brilliant gem in the heart of Rawai

Really cozy, great value for money, little spot in the middle of Rawai. The nearest beaches are a 10 minute motorbike ride, and all the needed amenities are even closer. The hotel pool is great for those lazy days or a quick dip. The staff is amazingly helpful and can assist everyone of your need!

Lovely stay, friendly and wonderful staff. Adorable cats.

I spent two weeks here while training at Sinbi Muay Thai nearby. The location is great, in a quiet residential area and quite near by car or scooter to Nai Han beach, which is beautiful. The only thing I would say is to make sure you know what type of room you are booking, as it is not very clear on Booking.com. I initially booked a double room, thinking it would be quite spacious from the photos I saw on Booking.com, but it wasn't the room shown in the photos and it was a bit too small considering the length of time I was staying. Fortunately I was able to move to a bigger room after a few days, and this one had a kitchen and balcony and was much more spacious. This isn't the fault of Duangjai, but I saw another couple discussing the same problem at reception as they also thought they were getting one of the larger rooms with kitchen but had instead booked a smaller double room. So just make sure when booking that you are getting the right type of room.

GREAT OPTION

This family-run hotel with friendly staff enjoys a quiet location, but there are restaurants and clubs nearby. The sandy beach is 10 minutes away. I stayed in a double room, but they also have larger apartments and penthouses with a jacuzzi. The pool is clean, the food is typical Thai. Two friendly cats accompanied me every step of the way. Great. I'll be back.

Exceptional

The location is very good. Not too far from the beach and the center of Rawai-Naiharn yet very quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, equipped with a good kitchen. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Tim. Thank you so much for your service!

The wifi in our room was very weak. But apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay!
