me and my eldest granddaughter decided to have a short break before Christmas we do travel a lot as a family and enjoy b

I was in a beautiful building so the rooms are lovely and large with large windows

What I didn’t like was not having towels for a day and a half and after speaking to someone had to go looking in store rooms to find them I could have brought some with us I have never experienced not having towels in the apartment when we arrive and only having a short break was very disappointing not to be able to shower after our journey

great property in a great location

Very light and spacious flat and excellent location. Comfortable beds and living area. Well equipped and would definitely stay here again

The beds had not been changed when we arrived but the Camille sorted this as soon as she could Fire alarm going off at 3am - needs to be a 24 hours emergency contact number for unforeseen events like this .... but we're assuming this was an one-off issue and again Camille has been very generous with a compensation offer

Very good overall, the stairs were very challenging for us ioldies but the apartment was fabulous and provided most thin

Spacious, beautifully set out and in such a fabulous position

No mention of many flights of steep narrow stairs No bottom sheet, only a mattress protector!

Stairs, stairs...

Very big apartments, with airconditioner, protoric rooms, bedrooms, good beds. A big bonus was washer and dryer. Excelent location.

Multi-level apartment with stairs. The separate story is lift (marked in facilities). If you don't know how to use it, you can't use it. The elevator has a problem with the door on the bottom floor. this door must be pressed until completely closed with your fingers (there is a gap on top). Only after this procedure the elevator will go. besides it has a code, which we received after we walked up to the apartments with suitcases (4 or 5 flights of stairs)

We really enjoyed Ghent very much. Overall, the house was very comfortable and the location was great.

The location was excellent. very central to all activities and restaurants.

Unfortunately, the second bathroom was broken. One of the reasons I booked was so that both couples would have their own bathroom space.

Great place

The location is top, the apartment is huge and well equipped, there is everything you need for a pleasant stay. Beds are comfortable. Check in and out is hassle free and the host is kind and helpful. We arrived earlier and we've been let in quite before the normal check in hour

The heating in the bathroom was not working. But to be honest we didn't ask the host, maybe it's just that we didn't manage to turn it on. Anyway it was not a big problem

Beautiful and can't wait to revisit.

This is our 4th visit to Caps house, it is the most beautiful apartment in the most ideal location, fantastic. We will be back again this year for sure.

A couple of things that were different this time. There were no hairdryers available which is fine, but when we came in June they were so I didn't pack one! Also the lack of pillows was an odd one, again not what we had experienced before. Really not a problem just a bit odd that these were readily available on previous visits.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location.

Owner very quick to respond to any queries despite being located out of town while we were there. For us the location was perfect and the apartment is spacious and very stylishly appointed. A little sparse in some ways, but actually none that matter and we enjoyed our stay and hope to come again. No hesitation in recommending.

Apartment with character distributed in two floors, with lots of space and right in the town center.

Excellent location and huge rooms with nice decoration.

Too hot to sleep with bed rooms in the attic and no air conditioning. Scorching days in August.

Really nice apartment with great location.

The apartment is really nice, modern, excellent light and amazing location. The beds are comfy. There’s a lift that takes you directly to the apartment, thats great if you come with a baby stroller. The kitchen has everything you need.

The wifi didn’t work and I wrote to the owner via Booking but she never replied. Also the toilet seat was broken so it moved.

Superb apartment

I like the location which was very close to the center of the city, very comfortable beds.with astonishing views on the river and old center. If i come to the city again i will rent if it will be possible . I definitely recommend this apartment for the stay!

loved Ghent!

location is excellent, very much part of the centre of town. owner very helpful in responding to queries, allowed a late checkout which was very helpful.

curtains in bedroom not covering windows allowing bright street lights to disturb sleep. no mirror in the bedroom. couple on the sofa bed said it was noisy when anyone turned over and generally not very comfortable. very low oven (only used once), and no oven gloves supplied. noise from top flat including loud music one night, and Wi-Fi was very very slow when other flat was occupied.
