No breakfast was included the location was ok, a car is required to visit the town, or about a 40 minute comfortable walk

Pleasant experience for a short duration stay !

Excellent location. No breakfast provided (as advertised). Very friendly host. Very close (50 m) to the beach in a very quiet area. The place and surroundings are very neat/clean.

Nothing that I can think of. Rooms are a bit small (but I am tall :-) )

Superb

The beach was perfect for long-distance swimming and very quiet, that was exactly what I was looking for. There was only one restaurant within a walking distance and no supermarkets, but the host was so kind as to take me to Porto Heli to do shopping in her car. She also took me to the port the day I left for my next destination.

Exceptional

Location. Location. Location. The hotel is placed right above a beautiful coast where you can spend all day swimming and relaxing. 4min drive from the city centre. Very friendly and polite staff. The room was cleaned every day. Pet friendly.

The air conditioning was not working properly, with the air stream going in only one direction. However this was not a problem, since the room was still kept cool.

Very functional room with mosquito screens, good shower, proximity to beach, free parking

Loose bathroom mirror shelf - easily fixable though and didn't hinder our stay
