There was no lift and toilet is not good enough and the room given to us is at 3 rd floor while the rooms are empty at lower floors at our check in time

the service,staff,cleanliness,facilities 😤....everything was worst....had to call 5-6 times to get bottles of water....TV and phone wasn't working and inspite of reminding them there was no response from the staff....there were ants all around room and Till we checked out nothing was Done to clean....worst experience overall

Nothing. Just location is near to beaches

The worst hospitality I have ever seen. We stayed almost 5 days. We didn't get water even one day also. For one hour early check in they charged Rs 1000/- extra. No wifi in rooms. No intercom. No response in reception. The worst experience ever. Food also worst.

Highland Beach Resort is best all Goa.The property is well maintain. Cleanliness is maintain here.Food was really good over here. The staff was really helpful about everything means everything. Property has proper amenities to use. Best for everyone. I really enjoy my stay.

It was really memorable trip for me in goa.I had really pleasant stay in Lillywoods Highland Beach Resort. It's really great. Good surroundings with well trained staff. Food is really tasty and yummy. I had really good stay in Lillywoods. They have maintain cleanliness in the property. The swimming pool was really clean and big. I would love to recommend Lillywoods to everyone

I had a great time at the Lillywoods Highland. The staff were super professional and gave such a warm and family feeling. They know the answers to all our questions and have a big part I had an excellent vacation. The rooms are really good and you can really feel that the management value the visitors. I'll definitely come back for a visit in the future.

I had such a great experience, they really have a great property which is very well managed. It was only 2 minute walk to candolim Beach which was great. The food was great and also affordable. They had many swimming pools inside the property as well. You could see tourist from each and every part of the world.

Double bed should have single big mattress for a couple but this was two twin size mattresses joined together. very bad . also bed otherwise also not comfortable

Living room was separate. No TV in bedroom. Set up is like small apartment

Poor maintenance. Had to call for resolving issues for AC, TV, Remote Lack of proper cleaning. Intercom system does not work. Was informed that it's not working since many months.

very bad at maintaining they are showing one property in app and providing room in another which is horrible

nothing is there no AC and not cleaning everything is very bad and this is the worst stay i had in my life

Room interiors : not cleaned, ants around, a/c too noisy, intercom seems not working Room service : not provided 24hrs , initially refused due to lack of staff Wifi : not available in rooms Gym : no access TV: very old model of TV set Fridge : uncleaned, quite old
