Vacanza in famiglia

Gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari. Posizione comoda per chi viene in treno (meno di 10 min a piedi dalla stazione) e ideale per visitare il centro storico con i principali monumenti (inclusa la cappella degli Scrovegni a 1 min). Nelle vicinanze inoltre si trovano ristoranti, pizzerie, supermercati e altri negozi sempre molto comodi soprattutto se si viaggia in famiglia, Molto comoda la cucina dotata di tutto il necessario. Bagno con doccia molto comoda e grande.

Condizionatore particolarmente rumoroso (anche impostando modalità notte), il che rendeva complicato dormire lasciandolo acceso la notte. Bagno senza finestra con aspiratore forzata non funzionante. In cucina una mattonella rotta sul pavimento e lo sportellino del freezer rotto. In generale l'impressione è di un appartamento che necessiterebbe di alcuni piccoli ammodernamenti il che rendere il soggiorno al top. Infatti quanto sopra non ha precluso di trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole grazie ai punti di forza elencati tra gli aspetti positivi.

Appartamento pulito e centrale per raggiungere ogni tipo di luogo della citta

Il bagno è.privo di finestra e manca di areatore sostitutivo, il terzo letto era un divano adibito a letto singolo molto scomodo

un appartement a rénover mais avec de trés bons atouts

Emplacement idéal. Accueil de trés bon niveau, hôte extrèmement bienveillante

Lappartement aurait besoin d'un petit entretien , tringle de rideau cassée, prises électrique qui se détachent, plinthes décollées, déco dépassée dommage !

Posto e posizione bellissimo. Appartamento molto soddisfacente ,tutto cm descritto e appena possibile sicuramente tornerò in questo appartamento. Forse aggiungerei qualche insalatiera ,riguardo gli utensili.

Súper buena atención por parte de la persona de contacto, muy atenta a todo lo que pudo surgir durante el viaje y muy flexible, siempre os ayudo con todo

お湯の調整がわからなく連絡したところ、部屋まできていろいろ確認していただいた。また、当日の朝の連絡にもかかわらず、チェックアウト時間の変更にも柔軟に対応していただけた。

お湯の使用量について、事前に共有いただけると良いかと思いました。使用する側も注意して使うことができるため。

We were happy in this apartment and as it was on the 7th floor we were glad it had a lift.

It was a good location with a supermarket close by and easy to walk into the centre. Plenty of clean towels and shower was good.

The kitchen was a little awkward to use. I think you need an extractor fan over the hot plate.

Location was good. Nice and quiet city.

Appartment is a bit old, need’s refreshment. There was no hot water. Instructions from the host - how to deal with this problem did not work… the wind during night was shaking the blinds at the balcony and it was loud. Also air conditioning is working loud…

The building is very ugly The lift was dirty and felt dodgy 3 tea bags seemed a bit mean No aircon in the bedroom Incredibly uncomfortable sofa Needed repainting inside Furniture was basic Light in the windowless kitchen didn’t work Very basic didn’t match the elegance of the city

Fantastic location, good for station, park, scrovegni chapel and museums Very friendly and responsive staff

Apt smelt of smoke when we arrived- not the owners fault but obviously previous guests had smoked.

The staff were very friendly and kind. The communication with them was easy and fast. The apartment was clean, big, well equiped and located in a very nice area-close to the city center and train station.

Everything was great. We had a lovely stay.

significant street noise, extensive signs of usage of the old apartment and its furnishings, coffee machine does not function well, no coffee pads for guests.

the location is good, the communication with the owner was fluid. essential kitchen utensils were in place .

it was not very clean, we found a used diaper under the bed. there’s also pipes’ smell in the flat.

This apartment was a good stay, but it unfortunately is quite loud.

Really great location. Staff was very nice and even allowed us to store our bags after we had checked out.

Very noisy apartment building. A group of people next door came home around 3:00AM and we’re screaming, banging, stomping, etc. until about 5:30. There was also construction and other loud noises almost constantly. I also wish they had basic kitchen things such as salt/pepper or olive oil.

A great location in central Padua

Note: there are multiple apartments listed so this relates to this specific one. The location in Largo Europa is excellent for exploring Padua's historic area. The hosts were also easy to find in the B&B property and kindly let us store luggage at the end of our stay. The apartment is in a 70's building with an elevator and the kitchen was fully equipped including a few tea bags to have something hot to drink after arrival. As in many places there is a distinct lack of places to plug in phone/laptop near the bed, would be good if there was an extension cord at least.

The decor of the apartment was a disappointment, everything was clean but older and quite basic, and as the booking site has pictures from various properties it is probably a bit hit-or-miss what you end up with.

Very good

The location of the apartment is great, just next to the city center and close to the university. There are also the tram and bus stop very close by. The host is also very nice and ready to help. We were a bit cold in the room and they immediately provided an electric heater. The comfort is also well above the average hotel in Padova.

For some reason the apartment is extremely dry. We had to constantly pump humidity with wet towels/clothes and vessels with water for radiators. But that is the only downside of the apartment, the rest is great.

A great location within walking distance of just about everything in Padova. I cannot praise the host, Angela, highly enough. She bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect for us and helped with every little request or question that we had. Will definitely be going back again as Padova is such a beautiful city.

We had a good time and made use of the location.

Location is very good, very close to sites and train station. Easy to get around to other parts of Veneto region.

Mosquitos: insect screen or mosquito spray would be good. A/C tripped the lights.

Accomplished what I needed, and Angela was a great help!

I am older and handicapped, so Angela kindly made special arrangements to meet me, both when I arrived and when I was departing. She was the best thing about this rental! The location is fabulous if the Scrovegni Chapel is high on your destination list! Everything about the apartment is adequate to good. The air conditioner worked well for the bedroom, thank goodness!

Since no breakfast foods were provided, it was a challenge the first day or two to find breakfast and still make it to my pre-arranged tours. Paying for the balcony didn't add much, just rooftops and not very interesting ones, and I realize now it's probably more of a convenience for smokers. Furnishings and mattress are pretty low-budget but OK. A comment for larger groups -- the air conditioning unit in the bedroom probably doesn't cool the living room, in case you have people sleeping there.

Well equipped apartment, perfectly located nearby Scrovegni Chapel and 10min walk from the train station.

The only improvement I could think of is blackout curtain for the balcony door (room 7-8). Everything else was perfect.
