Uncomfortable stay for a big brand

Bf was very good. Staff courteous.

Keys donot work. I had to charge my key three times in two days stay. For two people they provided single towel.

Disappointing at the least. The reputation of your hotel in my eyes has dropped.

Breakfast was good on one day and ordinary on the other days. Location is reasonably good. It would have been better if it was on the main road.

Simple things that a hotel of your standing should take of: 1. We were two of us but only one towel was kept consistently by housekeeping. Complementary drinking water was also not kept. Housekeeping had to be consistently reminded about this and then they took action. 2. The room size was a bit small for 2 persons but it was kept clean. 3. One individual at the reception was speaking Hindi as his English communication was not good.

Though it’s a business hotel with lower room rates doesn’t mean they have to compromise in every aspect.

Very compact rooms . we have demanded for all Twin bed rooms but haven’t got any. Bath Towel and other things also provided considering single occupancy while we have booked for double occupancy. Breakfast was served cold

The food services that they offered is not what I expected. They should change the management of the buffet or cafeteria facility. They should clean the eating utensils, water pitcher, equipment, glass, cups, etc. It's not what I anticipated from the picture or brochure. The staff are very welcoming and professional. The room designs and color elements are fantastic. But the cafeteria, buffets, and food services are gross or untidy. It's not clean, to be honest. They served the same foods every day. Maybe they should change who managed the cafeteria or food services. Very dirty. It's not like you're in a hotel, it's like you're outside the far-flung areas or eatery shops. Hotel Room/Designs (9/10) Cafeteria or food services (0/10) ZERO Staff/Hotel Workers (10/10); They are very welcoming, friendly, and professional.

Nice place for a tight budget

I been to this place before. Nice place to crash for a couple of nights. Rooms are bit smaller so if you are someone who is staying in the room you may feel bit claustrophobic.Have improved much on the cleanliness and hospitality. Now providing necessary toiletries.

No security in hotel

Comfortable beds, nice restaurant

No security at all. Anyone can enter in hotel rooms, no one asks if they have bookings, no one validates bookings. From the ground floor you may directly enter the elevator and in rooms without visiting reception, and from parking, you may directly enter the elevator and knock on any random doors. No security. And, no closet in rooms
