Wonderful view and location.

Location, good design and furniture. Amazing view from the bed on the second floor.

The bedroom isn’t isolated, so you can hear everything in the apartment, but this is a price for the design feature.

Ist nicht das, was man auf den Bilder sieht

Die Lage war sehr gut, wenn man es gefunden hat.

Ich bin wirklich nicht verwöhnt oder zimperlich. Aber wenn ich 200€ für eine Nacht bezahle, erwarte ich das alles sehr gut ist... Leider war dem nicht so. Als ich am Appartement ankam, war dort eine Baustelle weil das Haus an sich schon sehr alt wirkt und Bauliche Maßnahmen statt fanden. Bis hier alles noch total cool und relaxt bei mir. Dann sah ich, das die Fenster von innen total feucht waren und als ich die Glastür aufmachte, roch es sehr stark nach Feuchtigkeit und leicht feuchtem Holz. Ich dachte mir, "egal, lüfte alles gut durch" und dann geht das schon. Leider war dem nicht so, alles roch irgendwie alt und feucht. Das Badezimmer war leider auch nicht sauber. Die Heizung Im Badezimmer geht nur alles 5min kurz an, das heisst es wird nicht warm im Badezimmer. Die Abzughaube vom Bad, besteht nur noch aus einer dicken Schicht Staub. Die Dusche ist total verkalt. Das Bett ist viel zu klein und die Matratze war durch gelegen. Ich bin 1,80cm und meine Füße schauten weit raus. Auf der Überdecke waren komische Flecken und auch diese rich nicht gut. Die Küche Geräte und auch Küchen Utensilien haben ihre besten Tage hinter sich. Wie gesagt, wären es nur 1 bis 2 Sachen gewesen die schlecht waren/sind, dann wäre ich total cool damit gewesen. Aber so viele Sachen und das bei 200€ die Nacht. Das kann auch die super Lage nicht wieder gut machen. Ich bin um 5uhr morgens abgereist. Wegen dem Bett und dem Geruch.... Ps: ich habe natürlich erst die Vermieterin angeschrieben wegen den vielen Mängeln, bevor ich die Bewertung hier geschrieben habe, aber leider keine Antwort bekommen. Was für mich heisst, sie ist sich bewusst in welchem Zustand das Appartement ist.

Добрый день! Апартаменты расположены практически на пляже. Из окон открывается вид на море. Удобно для пляжного отдыха. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания.

Мы останавливались в этих апартаментах пять лет назад, за это время ни чего не изменилось. Вай-фай слабый и его нужно постоянно подключать, отсутствие парковки.

The breathtaking view just from the window

Amazing view and basically apartment is located just in front of the coast line. Everything was in place and host even gave us an ability to park a car near the apartment, which saves us a lot of time. Near the place there is a nice restaurant with tasty mussles. The apartment is good to say with kid. A crib was in place even with a lovely toy to make your baby fall asleep. Also there was a child chair.

Great location

The location was amazing.

Collecting the keys was quite difficult and parking is in an area blocked off unless you’re a resident. we got shouted at twice by French residents telling us we couldn’t drive through the area despite needing to access it via the only road to it. . We couldn’t get hold of the host for a few hours to check what we needed to do. It was quite stressful!

Location, location, location!

The location CANNOT be beat. At night, there were guests of the restaurant next door using our stoop for a cigarette. Perfect view of cliffs and sunset. Very spacious apartment. We also appreciated the private access parking spot.

Everything was fine albeit a little rough around the edges. Adequate bedding for the sofa beds was not provided and the WiFi did little to no working for us.

Location is good, apartment was not-so-good

The location and the loft windows overlooking the cliffs and the water is certainly the selling point of this property. The apartment was clean but sadly, everything else about the apartment falls short.

I've never written a negative hotel review, however this one could not be avoided. Check-in was dismal. The restaurant doors were open, but the restaurant was not operating so I walked around the property aimlessly when finally the host found me and took me to the apartment. Although I don't expect anyone to speak English when I'm in their country, this was the first time for me that a host spoke zero English (which made it difficult for check-out instructions especially since we had to check-out by a specific time). The apartment is spacious, but the bed (which is directly on the floor) is located upstairs in the loft. If you are taller than 5'8" you WILL hit your head on the loft ceiling. The stairs leading to and from the loft are treacherous, so if you need to go the bathroom at night (like me) you will need to leave a light on in the apartment, and if you are a light sleeper (like me) you will have a difficult time falling asleep with a bright light on. The bathroom had a terrible leak under the floor tiles and after our showers (or using the toilet, who knows) the floor was pretty soaked. The apartment has incredible potential - it's a shame that the host won't put more TLC into it.

Amazing!

Absolutely amazing! Wonderful appartment and superb location, right at the beach. Great view! And convenient to have a large kitchen also at hand. Free parking in combination with being at walking distance of the main tourist sights is also very pleasant. In particular because we were told Étretat can get really crowded with tourists and crammed with traffic looking for a parking space during summer. You won't have to worry about that when you stay here! :-)

Very expensive for a dirty old apartment

The location of the apartment is the only thing we liked about this place...

The apartment was very quickly cleaned, children's furniture was sticky and hadn't been cleaned for about a year i guess. The mezanine is nice but very low (and i'm not that big) and not safe for young children. The windows were dirty, the floor sticky... hardly anything we liked about it.
