Extremely friendly staff, gave good recommendations for places to visit in Roma city. Very clean place and quiet neighbourhood.

Very good

We didn’t receive responses to multiple questions over WhatsApp (their preferred method of contact). The questions were pretty important, about dropping off our suitcases early on check-in, then leaving our bags for a few hours after check-out. A bit disappointed, as we know they were active on WhatsApp at the time.

We expected much more. It was not the worst experience ever, but was not great either.

The place was pretty clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.

We were accomodated in the basement (!) and there was not enough fresh air in the room, as there was only one window, that could not open more than a couple of centimetres. Only one person from the whole staff spoke any English - As we arrived on our first day, we could not understand a single word and the hostess was speaking only Italian!

Exceptional

Me and my mother spent 4 nights at Guest's Heaven and we enjoyed very much our stay here. It's placed in a very quiet area where you can rest properly after a long day of sightseeing, yet close to the Metro station.The room was very clean and equipped with everything one might need for a vacation. The staff was very helpful and suited all our inquiries and requests. We will certainly stay here again when visiting Rome. Thank you!

Good value for money in a quiet location

Great location and service provided by Simone. Room was large and had things you need.

The shower did not drain properly which meant showers had to be short to avoid standing in pooled water. Also no slippers were provided to wear inside the room.

friendly staff and clean room

Very friendly staff and accomodate to your needs. It was one of the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed at. Cudos! The location is also good, there is a metro station nearby (5min walk) or if you prefer walking it is approximately 40min walk to the center.

Unfortunately the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Wonderful

We had a very spacious and clean room with extremely comfortable beds. The owner was very helpful and the hotel is located in a quiet area, which can be reached well from Roma termini. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

Superb

Perfect accommodation for a city trip in a quiet location. Super clean, spacious room with air conditioning. We didn't hear any neighbors. Nice bathroom. Complimentary water, tea and coffee. Very good WiFi. The host Simone was always helpful and friendly. Easily accessible metro station to Termini.

Nice, big rooms

Nice Hotel, great host. The location is just a few minutes away from the subway which is direct to Termini station. The rooms are very big and clean, so the bathrooms. We hat one room in the main building and the other one in the basemet. You have coffee and water in the room. The WiFi works great and Simone was very helpful. He arranged a taxi to the airport for us .

The room in the basement was a little bit noisy in the morning, with the window opened. The people pass near your windows.

Loved it, would definitely go there a second time!

The host was super nice and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and the bed super comfortable

The only thing that bugged me was that you had the button ob the hairdryer the whole time and that the airconditioning was a bit loud.

Highly recommended, great value for money

Had a lovely stay at Guest's heaven, the room/bathroom was spotless, staff were very friendly (we checked in later than the agreed check-in time but they stayed overtime to welcome us), location is great and very close to the city center. Overall great value for money.

Great room with nice location

Nice and clean room. Location is very good - just 3-4 minutes walking distance from the metro station, from where you can get anywhere. Very nice neighborhood. Not a touristic area, enjoyed the calmness and the locals around. Would stay there again.

Comfortable

The owner welcomed us in a really friendly way, he could speak different languages, and recommended us places to visit and to eat. Also the room was really clean, and cleaned everyday if we wanted to.

Good place in Rome

Location: quiet, close to subway, you can get in the center in 15 minutes. Staff friendly and helpful. Large bathroom, clean. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee AC

The bed was not that comfortable. Room was a bit on the small side (except for the bathroom), would have loved another nightstand

Great accommodation!

Great host very helpful and friendly, he is on the line whole day and responds within 10 minutes. There was also a kitchen (in basement suits) what we didn't expected👍👍. It is in pretty quiet locality and metro stop is only 5 minutes by walk. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and we can only recommend it.

Quiet place

The place is very nice, ans basically offers a big room, a modern tv, big bathroom and a place to park your car. There is no 24hr service but the owner is very kind and helpful to explain anything! It is close to a bus stop, metro station, supermarket, cafes and a great cafe with garden for the night.

The air condition was very noisy at nights and the beds were very uncomfortable.

The room was clean and the staff was kind and polite. Bed was comfortable, pillows a little tall but I found thinner pillows in the closet. We were asked everyday if we need the room cleaned. The location is pretty good for the money we paid (5-10 mins to the metro station). Very quiet area.

Quite noisy because of the poor soundproofing of the building. There was a door in our room connected to the other room (for bigger families I guess).
