This 30A condo was excellent for our family trip. The host is super responsive and helped coordinate baby gear delivery when our flights had been delayed. The condo had wonderful beach toy options including umbrellas which was perfect for us and much appreciated. Thank you for an amazing stay! We hope to be back soon!

The condo on 30A provided an amazing stay for our group of 4! The check-in was easy & seamless! We arrived to a very clean & well stocked oasis! The beds were comfy after our days of shopping at the local shops and visiting the most beautiful beaches…all within walking distance! We will definitely be back!

Happy to get to spend our spring break at the beach. We had a very relaxing time, despite the terrible weather. The condo was very comfortable and in a great location for us. We loved walking around Rosemary. Beach access was great, provided chairs/towels/umbrella, etc make packing so much easier. Thank you. Would stay here again!

This property was perfect for our get the heck out of town getaway. You are perfectly situated within walking distance or a short drive to anywhere you want to be. It was extremely clean and well appointed with everything you need. Hope to make this and annual destination!!!

Nice space for a quick trip, would be fine for a longer stay as well. It can be a little tricky to get to the beach if you like to bike, can only take a tram or walk; these are good options, but other communities allow you to take your bike. All in all, I love the area and am glad to see it grow and thrive, hope it keeps the small twon, laid back feel!

The unit was updated and just lovely. It sits right on 30A in a complex with bikes, shops and restaurants. It is literally right in between Rosemary and SeaCrest beach. Perfect spot if you are into biking/walking up and down 30A. The pool is very nice. Great location and area! You can only walk the (less than)1/4 mile to the beach access and it is about 40 stairs down to the beach. The host was extremely accessible and so pleasant and helpful. They were very thoughtful in equipping their unit with all you may need. Highly recommend!!

This condo is in a great location right above Pedals Bikes and shops. It’s on the top floor, so no worries about noise! The unit is as described. The living area has only the couch with attached chaise, so small for more than 4 people. Our biggest complaint are the beds. The bunk bed needs to be replaced. It’s what we called rickety and makes lots of creaking noise when you move. We had a 11 and 8 year old in it, so not much weight. The queen and king mattresses are adequate but, in our opinion, need replacing. They have lots of things for the beach plus 6 towels, so that’s a nice perk.

Had a wonderful time staying in Seacrest for a Fall break getaway. We had plenty of room for our family (2 adults and 2 teens) and the condo was well stocked with beach bags, beach towels, beach chairs and anything else we would need. Location is perfect with bike rental, coffee shop, restaurants and sundries store on the property. Several other restaurants and bars just a short bike ride away. The Seacrest lagoon pool is very spacious and the beach is only a 10 minute walk. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!

This property exceeded my expectations!!! Not only did it look clean upon arrival, but it smelled clean! Stacy provided so many amenities and it allowed us to travel with ease. I will absolutely book here again next year. I truly have never stayed at a property that is better in person like this one!

The condo was great and was very kid friendly, which was important to us (having two kids under 4). The location was exactly what we wanted! It was easy to access the pool(s). We never had to wait more than 5-8 minutes for a golf-cart, to or from the beach. Lastly, Stacy was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

We stay here for one week with our two children, ages, seven and five. The place is very well outfitted for a family, including everything you need to enjoy the beach. We would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again ourselves. Host is very organized and efficient. Check in procedures, instructions and all other relevant information was very clearly communicated via email.

This was our 3rd stay in this condo and once again we had a great trip! Love that they have everything we need for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, toys, you name it. So convenient to food, drinks, live music, pools and other fun. Looking forward to next year!!

I have been looking at places to rent in this area for quite awhile. This condo was absolutely perfect! One of my criteria for renting is how easy is the owner/property manager to get ahold of/work with. Stacy was top notch from answering my messages to all of her information laid out perfectly and easy to understand. Her condo is loaded with everything that you will need for an awesome stay! (Beach items..games..toiletries etc) This place is in a great location with awesome shops/restaurants right in the complex. Her condo was also very clean! Thanks for an amazing time and I wouldn't hesitate to book this condo in the future!

Stacy was an awesome host. Condo was clean, we were able to check in early and everything very clean. The location was great for walking to rosemary beach and biking to other places. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Only feedback was the couch was showing some wear but otherwise all furniture etc was in excellent condition. Would def stay again!

We had a great stay in your beautiful condo. The location is perfect walking distance to everything, and easy parking for our car also. Loved the tram service to the beach. You have everything needed for the beach available for use, even cold cups and a cooler! Everything was as pictured in the listing. Highly recommend both the area and this unit! Loved it!
