It’s like walang noise cancellation. Kasi I can hear the staff from outside na nagtatawanan even in the middle of the night.

Hotel isn’t being maintained. Unless new owners/management it will continue to decline.

Lobby was nice. Mall directly across the street (good for proximity, bad for noise)

Hotel not being kept up. Pictures online don’t match room quality. Toilet didn’t work when we arrived. Not enough pillows. Cheap lawn chair for desk. Loud sound I can only assume was drains in wall all night long. Poor sound proof with busy road out front made it hard to sleep. Poor shower; low water pressure. Poor repairs throughout. Stains on walls, etc.

the location and accessibility is perfect. the breakfast is ok. the staff are hospitable and friendly.

the wifi does not reach to our room. when booking, its very different from the picture. the toilet flush is very slow, can’t hardly flush the toilet. there is hot and cold shower however, the water is very slow too.

Bring Back the Old Days. Buffet

i just feel at home at big hotel. Wifi is still okay. Thank you.

I was a regular patron of Big Hotel before the pandemic. I understand there were some changes and they have to down size. It wasn't like before where there was a buffet. There was also a complimentary coffee and a water heater. I don't like the plated breakfast. The ham looked really cheap.
