I did not stay there as no nd opened the door for me. I messaged and emailed and phoned the host but there was no answer. After standing outside, in the dark, for half an hour, I had to ask a cab driver to drive to another place. He drove me to z good, cheap hotel, where I stayed for my whole time in Kharkiv. I never got any reply from the hosts at Sumskaya 46, even in the following days. Either theyvdoer, or they are just terribly careless.

i never got into the property. nobody picked up the phone, nobody answered my email. i had to sleep in another hotel.

The pump in the bathroom was pretty loud and it took some time to get used to that sound

Great apartments

The location is great, you have a lot of restaurants, stores and beautiful park near the hotel. It was very clean, the staff is very nice.

The TV doesn’t work.

Its ok, no stress, nice people, speaking zero English.

Free water from tank on the hallway, that is good. Room is ok, even if a bit small.

Difficult to find the reception on 3d floor. No signs by the entrance, nor by the elevator. They did not want to issue an invoice/receipt for the stay... that is a bit wierd. Just cash and done.
